Not very, for two main reasons.

1. Yellow is hardly a unique lightsaber colour. TCW established it as a less common tertiary lightsaber colour for the Jedi Order, and a number of Force users have appeared with yellow lightsabers since.
2. Even if it was, Rey of all characters doesn’t deserve it.

I dig Ian too, though. (In Jedi. He’s silly in everything else.)

He’s silly in ROTS once he whips out his laser dildo and goes full Henrietta. Before that point, he’s very good; I’ll go so far to say he’s better in most of the PT than he is throughout ROTJ.

Lucas and/or his concept artists dropped the ball by not including spiffy new versions of OT ships in the PT. But then lots of balls were dropped in that joke of a trilogy.
