Okay I know nothing about the world cup or soccer but I think the fans need to lighten up. I mean look at this.

I mean do we really need to go this far?
lighten up, its called having fun. If you want to see things taken too far with soccer, you need see the hooligans they have in Europe. That stuff goes way too far.
So they have a team in the world cup,do we really have to boycott everything with the name of their country in it.
It is not just that they have a team in the world cup, they happen to be playing us today.
Between stuff like this and the riots I have to see I do not get a good impression of Soccer and it's fans.
I agree, riots do take things too far, but I don't I've heard of any US soccer fans rioting.
I am a huge Packers fan but you don't see me boycotting any cheese not made in Green Bay.
what about cheese made in Chicago or Detroit or Minnisota? ; )
Good night the hype for these games has reached an insane level.
somehow, I guess I've missed this insanity that you refer to.
Well i don't care where cheese comes from,it's a football game why would I hate a place just because it produces a team that happens to be playing mine? I mean the sport would be pretty boring if the Packers were the only ones playing it.
Okay I take your point I just think boycotting every product of a country(Even ones that just have the name of that country)because they dare to have a team that plays against our team isn't very sportsman like. That is all. it just seems rude to me.
