PM me for the link.
PM me for the link.
Nevermin- nev- never- nevermind- nevermind.
FTFY
If some kind souls would be willing to seed this on the organ after grabbing it from MEGA, I can get a torrent up some time.
Upload finished. This regrade is now available.
I’m uploading the film. It’s MKV, 38.9 GB, including both the 2.1 mono and the BD 5.1 surround. I’m getting the last part uploaded now (about an hour or so left), so I can give out MEGA links to the whole film (10 .rar parts) soon.
^It’s by the same group as the available Jurassic Park. I don’t think their group has a name yet.
Being given a copy isn’t against the rules as far as I know, but people don’t like conversations about this because selling and buying usually comes up, which is against the rules.
This is for the remastered BD.
This is my alarm. Once in the morning to wake me up and give me a heart attack for the day.
Am I the only one here who built my computer and joind OT when I was 5? I’m 8 now.
No I built your computer and joind OT when I was 5 too.
I
laughed.
Now
I’m 9.

Another request (shoulda mentioned this earlier):
I have a vague and possibly false recollection of seeing the entry into the Death Star trench without lasers.

I would like to show the Y-wings entering prior to the beginning of laser fire. If this footage truly exists, can anyone point me to it?
I’m not sure why something like that would exist considering that it’s two shots that are joined by a hidden cut in a laser flash.
A Grand Day Out (1989) – 4/4
The Wrong Trousers (1993) – 4/4
A Close Shave (1995) – 3.5/4
All still great, though I wish they’d handle that copyright issue and bring back the original music in The Wrong Trousers.
Yeeeeaaaaaah!
fingergunsShowed them to my girlfriend recently (as where she’s from she had never seen them before) and she loved 'em. What’s up with copyright issues? Is it to do with the music the penguin plays on the radio?
Several track have been replaced, included some of those mentioned, as well as gromit’s birthday card (originally the actual happy birthday song). I don’t think anyone around here has captured the LD track yet, so we’re stuck with the copyright free replacements for now.
Ip Man (2008) – 4/4
Great film, though I don’t know what the artistic intent was with the inconsistent use of desaturated colour.
Ip Man 2 (2010) – 3.5/4
Great sequel, though I feel it wasn’t as good as the first.
Ip Man 3 (2015) – 3/4
Again, great, but a little less great.
For a Few Dollars More (1965) – 3.5/4
Wonderful little story, but I can understand why it doesn’t get as much love as the other two in the Dollars Trilogy. It’s not the first one that invented the spaghetti western, and it’s not the best and utterly iconic epic that is the third. I actually hadn’t seen it before, and I’m glad I finally got to see it.
Close Encounters of the Third Kind (1977) – 4/4
I wanted to get the 40th anniversary release, but after discovering that there were digital special effects alterations as well as the burned in subs for French dialogue being removed (both dealbreakers in my semi-purist mind), I decided to go for the 30th anniversary version, which is a great release in its own right (especially for being a 2007 BD), and I didn’t own it yet. Still a perfect movie.
Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home (1986) – 4/4
Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan (1982) – 4/4
Yes, IV then II. I didn’t have the DC BD of II when my mom suddenly wanted to watch IV. Both rather perfect, though II is still my favorite. And the commentary track on the DC is great. I’m gonna have to get around to marathoning all six of them some time, been a while.
A Grand Day Out (1989) – 4/4
The Wrong Trousers (1993) – 4/4
A Close Shave (1995) – 3.5/4
All still great, though I wish they’d handle that copyright issue and bring back the original music in The Wrong Trousers.
The Trial of the Incredible Hulk (1989) – 1.5/4
The bad sequel to the first bad TV movie to follow the 1977-82 series that I love. I shouldn’t give it too much hate though. John Rhys-Davies as the Kingpin is pretty cool, though I think it would’ve worked better if it was a real movie and if he shaved his head. The character just isn’t recognizable with hair, beard, and shiny sunglasses covering his whole head up. Daredevil sucked, just like Thor did in the last one. I still haven’t found Death of the Incredible Hulk, so I hope that one is a satisfying end cap when I finally get to see it.
Osmosis Jones (2001) – 3/4
Some may consider it bad, but I find it genuinely funny and genuinely entertaining.
Chitty Chitty Bang Bang (1968) – 4/4
A dreamlike childhood adventure like no other.
Ernest Saves Christmas (1988) – 4/4
Probably one of my favorite Christmas themed movies. My second-favorite live action depiction of Santa Claus, behind Miracle on 34th Street.
Scrooge (1951) – 4/4
First time I’ve watched this. I think it’s my favorite version now.
The Santa Clause (1994) – 3/4
Classic, though of course completely imperfect.
Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer (1964) – 4/4
Santa Claus is Coming to Town (1970) – 4/4
The Year Without a Santa Claus (1974) – 4/4
Classics, all of them. I’ve always been fond of Mickey Rooney as Santa.
Pulp Fiction 1994
One of the finest films ever made.
This is so true that I feel kind of bad for liking Reservoir Dogs more.
This guy can help people looking for the mono mix.
Updated first post. New LUT.
I’m also going to look into putting the full movie on MEGA, if my internet connection can handle the upload (if that happens it won’t happen for a little while most likely).
New year, time to leave hawkeye for a while…
In just a few hours, the first people born in this millennium will be able to vote.
You’re allowed to vote at the age of 17?
Babies born on New Years in 2000 (the first in this millennium) would be able to vote, because they’d be 18. Not 17.
You can’t find this or you can’t find the mono? If it’s just the mono, PM me.
I apologize for not having anything up, but don’t expect anything from me in the near future. I don’t have the means to upload a movie right now, so if someone else is able to upload this regraded version somewhere, that would be great!
I haven’t been on a lot the past several days so I just saw this now. Made me think of this.
I adapted something better.
