They're 384kbps, which doesn't prove anything, but IIRC that's the native rate for LD format which is a good sign at least.
OTOH they're 48kHz -- was native LD AC3 also 44.1 like PCM?
No, LD AC3 was 48kHz.
Karyudo answered my question @doom9 way back in 2003!

Are you looking for PAL? I don't think you'll find any PAL laserdisc with AC3 on it.

d00d,
He's already acknowledged "you don't have titanic available anymore". He's asking for an HD copy of Revisited.

adywan, you've done a great job . . . and I'm not even talkin'bout the edit.
You've done a great job recruiting new usenet subscribers!
Once hooked, they'll never go back.

Although I've never studied scaling, I've always presumed scaling by a small percentage wouldn't be desirable.

If that's true, then why do I see so many mid-range LCD TV's @ 1366x768 on store shelves?
Wouldn't it make more sense for manufacturers of LCD panels to build 'em 1280x720?

Not exactly new, nevertheless newer than the 2006-09-23 version I've posted previously.
Like the earlier version, this one also needs 1.017 seconds delay offset to sync with GOUT video.
