Anyway, I neglected to answer, my bad. He responded to my letter in Insider saying like DAYV said, that it wasn't worth anything. But I've seen several more letters regarding errors like mine where he just acts irritated. It's really bad.

And also, he's said he wouldn't do another price guide because Ebay's made it obsolete, yet an official guide is being published and released next year.

I still must respectfully disagree about Han in ROTJ. I don't see the big difference in his character. Perhaps if he'd have piloted the Falcon into the Death Star instead of Lando, things would've been better for him.

Well, I don't know about Mentasm and the others, but I bought them because I couldn't resist the temptation of owning them in any form on DVD. About Han, he was not comic relief. His character seems to be the same as it was throughout the other films (he was always funny), except when he's thawed from carbonite. But he was weird like that after torture in ESB too. Remember Han screaming while chasing the stormtroopers in ANH? How can you say he was comic relief in ROTJ?

You can't. It's not limited to the one film.

Mostly, I hate the transfers because of the horrible treatment of the lightsabers and several shots that simply lack any color, like when the snowspeeders blow up the downed AT-AT in ESB (the explosion use to be so red). So many random errors in the video presentation. Sure, some of it looks great, incredible even, but there's such an unevenness, I can't believe these were actually released as the finished DVDs.

But I respect your opinion on them.

Nowhere in there did I say that as a result of that he really looked CGI. I was pointing out that he looked DIFFERENT, not necessarilly CGI. So as a result of the difference in appearance, some people would be quick to say that he looks CG, which I can understand. For instance, people thought the clone troopers in Episode II were real, but they weren't. Why is it so hard for you to accept that some people might have assumed Vader was CGI?

Chaltab, the transfers are not as good as they were made out to be. Miscoloring, low contrast, low color, darkness...it's not that great.

ANH's sound sucks. Even on a TV, the dialogue sounds messed up.

I bought them on 9/21 (sorry, couldn't resist), but I don't like them, and haven't watched them more than once.
