I don't have time to click.  Someone please let me know whether gaffer tape is addressed in the article.

And if so, please post the pictures here.  KTHXBAI

The poster or the adhesive she's named after?

The item on the body of a certain nubile young actress looking to look "line-free" in her lightweight little framehugging white costume gown for her first big role!!!!!!

...another Jesus film with the Son of David played by a WASP ...

I don't think WASP means what you think it means.

It's actually an acronym, you know.  ALL CAPS tends to mean each letter "stands for" a word.  A word pertaining to the thing to which the acronym is employed to refer.

You have failed to employ this particular acronym correctly.

...everything you could every want to know about what this flick did in 1977 ...this poster has it.

Yeah!  Scoop necklines, lotsa gams, and pecs pecs pecs 'til next Tuesday!

...oh wait, Star Wars had none of those things.

Sorry but that poster is utter crap.  The real classic was the one with Luke pointing the blaster at the viewer, surrounded by the other characters.  The one above is the square-peg-round-hole weird incongruous exploitation misstep.

BBC interview with Comedian Phill Jupitus about his views on the new Star Wars Film/Teaser/Prequels. This bit was interesting and encouraging to hear...

"I met an effects bloke in Essex, he drinks in my local coffee shop. He said [the makers of the new film] bought every gas-bottled air gun in England when they arrived because they wanted the Stormtroopers' guns to have a kick when they fired them. You don't have to fake it; it looks real"

Yes because "real" lasers have so very much recoil...

[too lazy to dig up a eye-rolly little smiley]

I've decided that the football Droid ...in the teaser... was rushing to warn of danger.

 You're kidding, right?

He's obviously part of an alarm system.

The entire trailer is clearly drawn from just one sequence, except for the cross-sword and wet X-wings.

Tattooine's surface is "Rebel Territory", while the Falcon does battle with an invading Imperial squadron.  The Falcon shoots down a Tie fighter, and the unhelmeted trooper is now down in hostile territory, setting off the alarm-droid roller-ball guy, who notifies the girl on the popsicle, who sets off (recklessly, as is her wont, we will soon learn) to exterminate him to add another trooper-token to her treasure-belt.

Should I buy the Original Trilogy Blu ray? I already have the 2004 DVD.

Oh, boy. There's some confusion of what I meant by "bait-and-switch."

All I was talking about was how annoying it is that Disney's stayed absolutely quiet on the OOT front for two whole years ...

I think you should maybe prepare yourself for that quiescence, and the annoyance it brings you, for a loooooooooooooong time...
