I haven't seen a purple gamecube in YEARS, even on TV... and people still act like it's purpleness is a turn off. Dont' get it do I.

Also, have you seen that Link morphs into a Wolf in Twilight Princess. Crazy stuff man.

That would be another one of those doctor-paitient confidentiality things the liberals were so quick to try and violate in the Rush Limbaugh drug case.

Political min-rant aside... at least my mad doctor is mad about the right sort of things. Doesn't get himself all worked up over Lucas's altering his movies or a few fart jokes in the prequels.

Great games didn't really help the Gamecube.

Don't get me wrong, I want Revolution--all the systems--to overflow with great games... But good games alone don't sell a console; one has to have the coolness factor. *sigh* I hope Revolution can pull it off.

I actually like the look of the Revolution. It doesn't look like a PC (like the 360) and it isn't all curvy and "modern" like the PS3.

And the new Zelda game has finally been named: The Twilight Princess.

Ugh. Personally I don't have a problem with the name... but NO BODY is going to buy it unless they allready know Zelda rocks. Why did Nintendo have to put the word Princess in the name!?? You think Joe Schmo is going to buy it with such a name?

I'm not particularly impressed by either device in the looks department. And from what little I saw of the MTV demo of Xbox 360, It looked only slightly more impressive than the original Xbox.

I'm waiting to see the Revolution before I make my final decisions though. I have high hopes for Nintendo this time around.

It's only done like that because the Japanese read things vertically and backwards compared to westerners! But it would be pricey to flip it over, and it would make purists mad, so it is left in it's original format and translated, from what I understand, pretty accurately.

Pretty much. You think Manga would actually premeir here? Hah!

Also, the anime often has an effect on the translations; sometimes certan things like name spellings and the like are often matched up with the show. (DBZ in Shonen Jump used to spell the name Kuririn, but I believe it changed to Krillin. I could be mistaken, but I know it happened with certain names in One Piece)

On the topic of one piece: Has any one scene the US dub of One Piece. I've heard good things about the show, so I tried it.... but the voices and the like were so terribly butchered I couldn't take it. And they did what Funimation did with GT....

The theme song is now in Hip Hop/rap style. *cringes*

I meant that Shonen Jump collects the original MANGA of popular or soon-to-be popular US Anime Dubs and prints them in a monthly Magazine format.
