In 1997 I loved it.. cuz I was like 9 or 10.

But of course, I think it sucks worse than any superhero movie I've ever seen now that my judgement is better.

If you're thirteen then your FOUR YEARS younger than Sess. Get your facts straight. And yes, no porn was indeed one of Jay's rules in the original thread, as was the "Link to nudity and big pics" rule. I was repeating Jay's old rules, not arbitrarily making up my own.

I chose Princess Monoke since I liked Nausicaa so much... I've watched part of it and so far it's... weird.

The idyllic rural Japan setting is a strange conquest to the gore, especially when Ashitaka maims and decapitates the Samurai with his arrows.

Also, what is with that talking boar that the worms ate at the begginning? That was... also odd.

For the record, we need to have some rules, and I think there are just two:

1) No Porn

2) If there is nudity or a really big picture, link it instead of using the IMG tags.

The onlly scripiting problem I can think of is the fact their car just happened to survive the planecrash when the next three houses down were blown to bits. How convenient.

So did I. Obviously I didn't think there was a bridge that started on one side and extended all the way across with no support. That would be physically impossible, I believe. Short of making the bridge out of lighter than air substances, that is.

But that whills journal implies that Palpatine is inreasinlgy reclusive and unaware of the Empire's corruption. It makes it out as though Vader himself is the source of all that is evil in the Empire.
