Really cool model photos. This project is just beyond words man...can't thank you enough for your dedication.
Those trees will look epic under the proper lighting once every thing is done. Will you be using a fog machine to simulate the Dagobah atmosphere? Or whatever it is fx guys use to create that misty swamp look.
@ Darth Solo - I think I posted that image and some others a while back in this thread. I think I was likely asking about adding in the creatures too or something. In any case - Love those!

They always end with nice montages accompanied by music.

Well as as mentioned earlier I think its perfect as is. Especially in comparisons to what was there before.
Interesting debate though. Hands on hips or on the belt buckle? I personally think Vader looks cooler with his hands on his buckle.
Morbid curiosity though - did you guys shoot a few different takes of this?

I think part of the charm of this project is re-using lines from within the SW movies...however sometimes there's lines from other movies too good to pass up.

My ideas for the hologram footage possibilities...
- Perhaps something from the SW Christmas special? There is so much there to choose from. I recall at one point Chewbaccas' dad Itchy watching the equivalent of Wookie porn featuring Diane Carroll. Maybe just that segment? Princess Leia singing is also pretty horrendous.
- Perhaps a boy band video of some sort from the 90's?
- Perhaps just the opening credits of Batman and Robin...and then Obi-Wan, "I've seen enough".
Speaking of painful, Frink will you be utilizing that deleted scene where Anakin and Obi-Wan are communicating with secret signs? I find that entire bit flat-out awful but it might work for an edit like this.
Lastly, DJango Unchained had a whole new slew of SLJ quotes to potentially use. Great movie too.

Thanks guys for understanding, I was feeling like a bit of a nutter... But it took me a long time to realize that the sound and score are potential tools to utilize to improve upon what is there...
I'll be honest and say I don't really feel much tension in the Wampa Cave now being adult and I don't feel the need for the musical relief fan fare.
As soon as Wampas Arm get's chopped off the score reverts back to darker tones again...
I am just glad that people finally understand what I was trying to say... But that was probably my bad communication skills earlier as I was having a hard time getting the point over.

^ No contest. These are the ultimate SE versions of the movies for me as well.
If a certain company with a mouse as their mascot was smart they'd hire AdY and pay him whatever he wanted for future re-releases.
It's such a shame that the 'pros' at ILM mostly just paid lip service when it came to fixing things. THREE friggin' passes were made on tweaking these movies and they still failed in so many areas.
When ESBR is finally out I'm going to probably do a double feature.
