Is the ’ just there for exoticism? They don’t pronounce any kind of glottal stop or pause in the movie. Dumb.
My greatest sorrow is having never met my paternal grandfather. By all accounts one of the kindest souls to ever walk the earth. I wonder sometimes what would be worse, having the memories and knowing there will be no more, or never having had those experiences to begin with and left wondering what it would have been like. Cherish those memories Collipso and may he rest in peace.
Early Fleetwood Mac (Peter Green era and Phase II) are under-appreciated by the masses. There was a lot of great stuff before the 2nd self-titled album and Rumours (Buckingham/Nicks era).
Just saw it. I thought it was fun enough, though sometimes boring and pointless, but mostly harmless. And then Kira betrayed Han for fucking [first name] Darth [last name] Maul. I almost lol’d in the theater.

‘lord’ here isn’t being used as a title but rather a descriptor. He is a ‘lord,’ and is called Darth Vader.
It’s the same as if you were to say:
The valiant knight Sir Arthur…
edit: if it were being used as a title, it would be capitalized.
edit: also crucial here is the definite article “The.”

I clearly don’t remember the theatrical look (oh wait I never saw it in theaters) but when the article says “less green” shouldn’t it say “no green?” I see no green in those pictures at all. Of course you can’t trust pictures like that, it might just be my monitor’s fault. Regardless I think color issues are way overblown, people are always trying to “fix” stuff here that doesn’t need fixing, and basically meh.
There’s still green in the new Matrix images I’ve seen.
I agree with you that sometimes, especially here, color issues can be overstated. And there have been a lot of projects here that seem to want to do away with the idea of grading itself, wanting everything to look as it might in real life. But the Matrix Bluray grading was really really over the top green. From what I’ve seen, the new images look like a nice improvement.
In this case, it’s possible that my baseline is “incorrect” being that as I said I never saw the movie in theaters. So possibly for me, it’s down to personal preference, what I’m used to basically.
With that said I barely see any green in the images shown in that review.
Really? I see a lot of green, for example this shot from the UHD release:
To answer this one, it’s an extremely muted green, to the point where it’s hard to tell it’s actually green. It almost looks more grey to me.
Keep in mind it could be HDR not displaying on a computer monitor/phone.
(Correct me if I’m wrong. I don’t completely understand HDR and what displays can reproduce it.)

Darth (see what I did there 😛) wasn’t yet intended as Luke’s father when SW was written/filmed. The debate is about what ‘Darth’ was ORIGINALLY intended to be. So this is irrelevant.
And if Darth is his title, why his he repeatedly referred to as “Lord Vader”?

I’d say ANH is and always will be the definitive Star Warsiest Star Wars that ever Star Warsed, probably because it came first, leading everything else to be informed by it. However, I will say that RotS is undoubtedly my favorite.
You contradict yourself. ROTS is nothing like SW.
The one true objectively correct ranking, of which any disagreements are undebatably wrong:

- Return of the Jedi

- Revenge of the Sith

I would flip Revenge and Menace. And I haven’t seen Solo. Otherwise, who are you and what have you done with me?
But those female droids were George’s, so they’re art. These were made by SJW Disney to increase their profits, so they suck. All they care about is money. 😉
