I’d go with the former
I’d go with the former
Where did you get your wife? I want one 😛
Because you’re a monster?
Why do you even watch this show? You obviously don’t like it.
I honestly can’t fathom why 20th C. Fox would give a shit at this point. Sure, they’re mad they couldn’t bid on Lucasfilm, but you’d think at this point they’d just want to make as much dinero as they can before their home/theater distribution rights expire, which is a quickly approaching inevitability.
Why are Lando and Han, two scoundrels who had little to no interest in the Rebellion, suddenly generals capable and willing to lead the Rebellion’s final attacks?
Yeah, I always hated the way anyone could become a goddamn general in this franchise without being a commissioned officer/having any military experience beforehand.
Yeah, it’s almost as if they’re a ragtag band of rebels rather than a well-organized military with an established and stable hierarchy.
The surprising part of the trailer (for me) is the huge space battle. We really need a good space battle: TFA space battle wasn’t very imaginative, TPM’s was too short
Superkid Ani was in it so by default it was too long.
I think what’s confusing us is that we all find the new poster to be more, not less, Star Warsy than previous Rogue One posters released.
And if you mean in comparison to posters for previous movies, well, it’s in the exact same vain. Helmets, super weapon, and a character montage. So why don’t you find it Star Wars y?
Also Jyn Urso is Snoke
It is a period of civil war. Rebel spaceships, striking from a hidden base, have won their first victory against the evil Galactic Empire.
During the battle, Rebel spies managed to steal secret plans to the Empire’s ultimate weapon, the DEATH STAR, an armored space station with enough power to destroy an entire planet.
Or they’re working on a restoration but had other priorities (rebooting the series); ran into snags; waiting for the anniversary, etc. Could be anything, or what you suggested. The distributors cut though is so small I’d think it’d be better for Disney to release it before IX is released while interest is still higher and sales could be maximized.
I wish there was a way to resurrect Walt Disney and put him back in charge of the company. Maybe then the OOT (not to mention all the classic animated Disney films) would get the proper restorations they deserve.
Still waiting for the Black Cauldron to hit blu-ray

I use truth-based binary ranking system. Film is either good or shit.
Only a Sith speaks in absolutes.
Particularly good considering I’m inebriated
And I’m a millennial!!!
Star wars, empire, tfa, Jedi. Everyone else is wrong
I want one, and I don’t even like pressed coffee.

Edit: and I’m not even into merchandizing at all. But there is just something about how R2’s practically unaltered form fits the function of the thing perfectly that makes it desirable.
This was easier. I only had to click two buttons. Refuting your argument wasn’t worth any more effort than that.
^Lol.
If only LOC had accepted the '97 print when it was offered…

Yeah, a lot of it felt incomplete. As if it were one installment of 20 or something.
From his father, I guess.
No, he heard it from your son!
What?! What?!
Mom, what’d I do mom?!

lol no harm no foul
Looks like Comcast’s people screwed up some labeling. According to the guide, Empire is on three times in a row after the prequels.
It’s to wash the taste of Prequel out of your mouth.
Did it take you two hours and 12 minutes to write that reply lol.
Edit: beaten to it by mala. Embarrassing
It’s zoomed in, just like the vast majority of hdtv broadcasts of movies that are native 2.35:1.
Sometimes you’ll see a letterboxed presentation, like how Spike is showing Dark Knight Rises, but this tends to be the exception rather than the rule.
I don’t understand why this remains the case, especially in the age of 50+ inch TVs becoming more and more common. I mean, on my 32" set, 15" laptop, and hell, even my 10" iPad, I would never prefer to watch a movie like that.
