I have the pre-hologram edition. I wound up purchasing From SW to Jedi separately after the fact. My set has a dark blue or black box (I'm kinda colorblind between the two) and the majority is a star field in the background.

James Cameron would be the ideal of those two because he is the rare director who, according to others on this forum, actually did not want this footage spliced back in to his films (even the "heartwarming" scene between the NTIs and Virgil).

It would have been wonderful to get Spielberg on board especially considering their close relationship and the fact that Spielberg did release both versions of ET on DVD. But I think this is a pipedream.

Any way to find out what the differences are in all the sets? I've got a slip box that, when you pull off the cover, the side panels fold out and give stats on all three movies (awards, BO gross, etc). The outside of the box has the old SW logo that is red and looks like a keystone (the crawl effect where it is fading into the distance). Know which one that is?

I love the Indy movies and my wife has seen two of them and thought they were decent. Not her faves, but she can watch them. We were actually able to see Raiders on the big screen about three or four years ago. A local AMC was having retro movies once a week at midnight and we saw Raiders. Very noticeably old print, but cool nonetheless.

You mean the original VHS boxset? Or do you mean just when the original movies were each individually released on VHS? To be honest, I don't even know. I wanna say my boxset has something like 1989 on it, but I'm not positive.

I have yet to buy either of the seasons of CSI on DVD and s3 is coming out in December, I believe. They're just too expensive. Still trying to scrounge to get the money for Indy. That'll take some work.

Well, I can't say that I would expect all other magazines to go out and, on their time, create an ad for our website and publish it in their magazine thus negating valuable advertising space. What they did was way above and beyond.

That was exactly what I meant. But you don't have to use it. I just figured it would be easier if you guys take a preexisting letter and just go Wolvie-Berserker on it.

I have no idea how we got in that PC magazine. I'm not even sure that was the result of our efforts.
