I love TV shows on DVD. There have been some surprises and some letdowns. I picked up the first season of Veronica Mars and it's incredible. However, Quantum Leap was not at all what I remembered and I wound up selling it.

Agreed. You can't feel sympathy for any of them because there are too many and their stories are very thin at the moment. Even Locke, who was my favorite character on TV last year is very subpar this season.

True. And I have a theory going here... there are all kinds of coincidences going on right now that I think point to a Bears' Super Bowl victory...

1. Last year, both the Red Sox and the Pats won. Both from Massachusetts.
2. This year, the White Sox won... it's Chicago's year.
3. This is the XX anniversary of Super Bowl XX in which the Bears last won.
4. The last time the Bears won was against the Pats who won it last year. Time to dethrone.

The only way this could be more definite was if the Chinese had a Year of the Bear in their zodiac and this was it. Damn.

I loved hating her. And she was becoming a much better character this season since taking responsibility for Walt's dog and getting involved with Sayid and having her "visions."

I used to love Kate, but she's nothing anymore, really. Sun I would hate to lose. Claire I could care less about.

How about she is a bounty hunter who was trying to track down Kate, but the agent beat her to it. Now she's going to wind up back within reach of her but never able to do anything about it as there is no reward available being stranded on an island.

I've lived many different places in my lifetime. In those places, the Eagles aren't all that well known, honestly. But the Cowboys are hated. Sorry, Dayv. I think most people absolutely resent the whole "America's Team" designation that the Cowboys picked up in the 80s. When some jackass tries to tell us who our team is, we tend to revolt more against that team than we normally would. Same thing with the Yankees.
