I fell to the Dark Side but Redeemed Myself (2004 OT DVD)
Time
So far there is no real way to get the bonus disc other than buying the DVD set. It's never going to be sold in bricks and mortar or legitimate online e-tailers by itself. Lucas won't make it available that way. May someone on eBay will sell it seperately or you'd have to go bootleg, but not from this site since that is something available for sale.

My brother is getting San Andreas at the end of this week. Can't wait to see what that one looks like.

I haven't played Battlefront, yet. But I've heard nothing but rave reviews of it and if there is any one game I would buy (if I had time to play and money to burn), it would be this one... Always wanted a good game to get in a snowspeeder fight against AT-ATs.

This is weird, but I have never seen the SE-ized Sarlacc. Somehow or another I missed it. To be honest, I've only really watched the SE of ROTJ once and not in theaters. Maybe I got up and walked away to do something or was somehow distracted, but the photos of the Audrey II Sarlacc that are posted on this site are the only times I've seen him. Weird. I guess it's a bit of a blessing. All I remember is the original Sarlacc.

Phantom of the Opera

Well, the teaser for Ocean's 12 ain't much better. Actually it's mostly just animation and the telltale music.

As for Phantom, I've seen it on stage twice and absolutely love it. I don't think I want to ruin the memory by seeing the movie. I'm pretty sure it's reopening soon (if it hasn't already) here in Chicago and I might take my wife to see it. I dig on Andrew Lloyd Webber and other musical theatre. Seen Les Miserables, Phantom, and Miss Saigon from ALW and have also been to Rent a couple of times (this is my fave). And I have not seen any movie versions of any of these (save for the gorefest version of Phantom with Robert "Freddie Krueger" Englund -- I just couldn't say no).

I am lucky to be one such fan to have several vinyl copies of Beatles albums. Dunno that they're necessarily the quality that they would want for transfer, but they work well for me and these albums (along with my original Pink Floyd "The Wall") are the primary reasons I still hold on to my turntable.

The rest of your post is very insightful, Scruff. I really enjoyed reading it and may check out that other site you mention.

Welcome aboard and hope to hear more good things from you.

Ford, you had that many problems? That doesn't bode well for the masses. I wonder how many people have purchased the sets and just haven't gotten around to watching it all yet and will realize they have problems after the sets are pulled at the end of the year (if that is still, indeed, LFL's plan).

Sorry you had to go through all that, Ford. But, as you said, you are now redeemed. Use that credit to buy Star Wars: Battlefront.

Wolves are roughly the same price but they won't be playing at United Center in place of the Hawks. The Wolves still play at Rosemont Horizon (or whatever the corporate sellout name now is). That and I know the director of their fan relations committee. Old college buddy. She could probably get me in cheap (if not free).

As I recall, Pam Anderson was first. Then it was some other Baywatcher. Paris Hilton is yet another in a long line; not the initiator of a trend. And I don't think it's over. It was just revealed that Paris has a second tape circulating now with her and Nick Carter and a second guy. Aye aye aye. Anything for publicity. As they say, no news is bad news.
