Okay, just because so many of you begged and it being a new year, I figured I'd regift all of you with some old images I created. These images are all based on the design of some old Chia Pet online promos. That's why they're laid out the way they are.

Very true. Sad, but true.

I do feel he owes us, but do I think he'll pay up? Not likely.

You can kind of equate it to some kind of random act of kindness. I stop and help someone who is choking and save their life and then they sue me for breaking a rib while giving them the Heimlich Maneuver. That's how I look at this situation.

If I could go back and change my fan status regarding SW, would I? Maybe a little. I'd never want to ruin my childhood by taking that away, but I don't think I would have gone to the theater for the SE releases of the OT and I wouldn't have purchased any of the new paraphernalia that has been released in stores since 1995. No toys, no books, etc.

Would any of you change how you spent money on SW related items (tickets to movies included) if you could knowing what you know now about how GL has become?

Hmm... I never noticed it. Granted I didn't play the game long (only three levels; and I got to drive that big-ass tank across the bridge. Sweet!), but I don't recall seeing it happen. Maybe I just glossed over it or, since we may have known it was a cut between, I may have been talking to my friend at the time. C'est la vie. I'm not sure which I'd prefer.

Okay, while that's true. I gotta say that the SW movies are different in that they are works of artistic creativity that were meant to be shared with the world (ideally, I prefer not to share MJ's nose). If he's going to share them, he's got to keep copies of them available to all who shared in them with him especially since it is our money that gave him the future ability to be able to revisit and change them. Do you think he'd be changing them without all of our monetary input into the LFL Monster? I say he can change them all he wants, just give us our copies to enjoy of the original. Give us the choice since we gave him the ability.

Actually, a majority of our posts were pretty good quality up until we each hit 9,500. Then it became the two of us having garbage conversations back and forth. Yet even some of those wound up being good quality. Since then, the 2K+ that I've posted have been what I would consider good quality. That's 2K+ posts since July when we broke 10K. Not too shabby.

The 11K came from The Today Show this morning. Of course, you've got to remember that there are conflicting reports and no real count will be available until they count the number of bodies and account for all those that should be there but cannot immediately be found.

The death toll is up at 22,700 as of just now. That's a big chunk of people.

You would have to post your photo to some image server on the web. This isn't a Mac issue. Even PC users will need some place to post theirs. To capture a screenshot on a Mac, use Apple + Shift + 3. Should save an image of your desktop right on your desktop as a pdf file. Take it to Photoshop or some other image editor and resave as a jpg file. Then upload to some server somewhere and post the link here.

As for my desktop, I have the settings on my Mac configured to cycle through a different desktop each time it is either awakened from sleep mode or each time I reboot in the morning. Most of my desktops are 3D shots taken from MeCompany. Cool site that is responsible for some of the artwork for Bjork's albums.
