Well, to get back on topic... Jeff Garcia was cut today by the Browns. The article I read mentioned something about a lawsuit he was involved in during this season that brought to light embarrassing facts about his personal life. Anybody have any insight into what that is about?

Actually, I think I fixed it. Needed to change the designation back in "file types" in my properties menu. Pain to have to do, but it seems to have worked. I had to do something similar a year ago when I installed the Macromedia MX Suite. All image files were redesignated to whatever the Macromedia image editor is and I had to reassign them all to make sure they still opened in Photoshop when I doubleclicked on them.

Yeah, just don't let egos and salaries ruin the AHL as well. That's what scares me about all these NHLers signing up with the AHL. Eventually, they are going to want money. Real money. Especially since I'm not sure what the future of the NHL will be. If they can't get this season up, who's to say that next season will happen?

Even if it does start up, do you think the fans will return to the NHL?

With regard to moving information over to a new forum package, I'm sure we could all work to identify which threads need to be moved while sacrificing the remainder. With a new layout, I'm sure forum use will increase so the sections will be populated quite quickly. Besides, we will need to reevaluate forum sections since we are expanding to a universal scifi approach as opposed to just SW. So that will have to be taken into consideration and should help in the process of eliminating unnecessary threads.

He has his own line of coffins for God's sake. He had a magazine which, I believe, has already folded. All this marketing crap for a band that has only really been marginal at best in recent years. They've had one studio album in the last decade and it was pretty terrible (Psycho Circus). Everything else released has been hits set after hits set or the occasional live album. Gene just keeps tapping the well not realizing that it's quickly running dry. He needs to let well enough alone before his band is remembered for the joke they're quickly becoming. And you're talking to a longtime KISS devotee.

What also ticks me off about KISS is that they aren't even the same band anymore. Once again, both Ace and Peter are gone and have been replaced. I didn't mind when Eric and Bruce were around. They were very good musicians and I actually prefer them to Ace and Peter somewhat. But for Eric and Bruce to just have been dumped on by Paul and Gene and then replaced with Ace and Peter and then have the two of them leave as well. It's just wrong to keep going.

You mean like using codes and whatnot on a game? If so, then I can officially say that, no, I don't cheat. Never have. I use codes as place holders in games and that's about it. But I legitimately made it to each spot where I was given a new code. I've never bothered going on the Web to find cheat codes. I've always had better things to do. And, no, I never owned, borrowed, or rented a Game Genie either.
