The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari (1920). It gets a 5/10 for nice imagery, being hard to follow, and for almost boring me to sleep.
Yeah, Netflix really wanted me to watch that. I quit 10 minutes in and watched troll 2 again.
Read through 'The Extremists' arc
This is the kind of stuff I liked from the X-men films. Seeing how the rest of the world looks at the mutants and that kind of stuff. It got me really excited for 'Messiah Complex'. I'll probably start that tomorrow. But now I need some sleep.

Okay, now that I've read a bit of the x-men I thought I'd give a few words about what I thought of the story arcs.
I've found myself reading more of the newer issues maybe just because of the faster pace and they're just quicker reads in general.
First of all, Deadly Genesis. I really enjoyed it. Good writing. I especially liked reading the mini origin stories of each of the new mutants at the end of each issue. It was a decent enough starting point. I was fuzzy on a couple of things but they were cleared up eventually.
Then, The Rise and Fall of the Shi'ar Empire. I just finished it and I have mixed feelings. Has the X-men always been this... Spacey? I mean it was a fun ride but it felt like a little too much Star Trek in my X-men. I guess its just me.
Overall I'm really liking these stories.
Oh I didn't see that this has been bumped till now.
What about the immovable force?

I would contribute, but I've never seen TOD... and I really enjoyed KOTCS.
Disclaimer: I think ROTLA is the best, so I'm not entirely crazy.
Watched the original 'X-men' for the first time in years.
Pretty good character stuff. Bad action. I didn't get invested in the characters nearly as much as in 'first class'. But still a decent movie.
7 out of 10 balls.
I'd rather forget the original X-men trilogy. In 'First Class' they referenced the other films but changed a lot of details. I heard somewhere that if it's successful they may completely ignore the others and create a new continuity. Which I'm all for if they're as good as 'First Class'
I just dropped my Ipod touch in the toilet. It doesn't work. And my hand smells.
Wow, I didn't know I was that hip.

I might go see it. But I really hated the last two ones. They were crap.
I agree (if you mean X3 and wolverine). In my opinion, It's better than any previous X-men films, and to compare it to other Marvel films, I thought it was much better than Thor and at least on par with the first Ironman although they feel like very different movies.
You're tearing me apart, Lisa!
(and on that note I'm going to bed)
You raped my childhood. ;(
