There were lots of acts back then which while visually interesting were a bit self important and less fun and jolly. If I want a laugh I’d put on the video for Love’s Great Adventure rather than Vienna which reminds me of this sort of thing : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iQamw4xxxHY
Musically they are both good tunes but as a species we get a faster hit by listening with our eyes.

Some of the songs are very period specific but I guess you could do a twist on Michael Caine where it’s about an Islamist informant called Omar Sheriff. The videos are very cheery though. I defy anyone not to smile during Wings of a Dove, Our House or Baggy Trousers.

We need only to prevent them from escaping…

If I’m feeling a bit glum one thing that usually raises my spirits is putting videos by Madness on. They remind me of Richard Lester’s stuff with the Beatles before he screwed up Superman movies.

How would the music be separated?

When Maul lands on Tatooine he sends out his drones. And you could then hear the poem over a montage of scenes of some of the characters at that point of the story. Later on you this would balance what Yoda has to say about fear. Anakin’s could play as overheard lines coming from his interrogation by the council. The poem of shmi could play in anakins head at his mother’s funeral. Qui-gon’s just as Vader contemplates killing the separatists as irony, he remembers Qui-gon saying this about becoming a Jedi but he is about to start out on his new path as a Sith. Padme’s could play either as she contemplates what to do in her quarter on Coruscant or as echoey comments in the Senate chamber.
