Honestly, every time I go to the theater some people have ringing cellphones, another group of jackasses keeps talking throughout the movie, etc. Fucking obnoxious. I only go to the theater these days when it's a movie I really "need" to see on the big screen, otherwise I wait for the DVD and enjoy it in my home theater.

Lots of the time shutting them up really isn't an option. I'd like to see you shush, let alone punch in the face, a 6'4" 250 pound black dude sitting with about 10 of his buddies. Good luck with that.

The seating isn't the problem, the people are.


No, I'm not from the US. And I've never had problems with cellphones in the theatre, let alone babies. I still don't understand the theatre allows babies.
Well, I'm not 250 pound, but I am 6.5'.
When the theatre is not very crowded you can sit where you want so there's plenty of room and you won't have trouble with your neighbours anyway. When it is crowded you sit by number and there's personel of the theatre to make sure everything goes smooth. If you can't shut up you'll get a flashlight in your face. But it really is hardly ever necessary.

I was just watching part of ROTJ and when the Emperor walks out of his shuttle towards Darth Vader for a split second I was thinking "how did they meet and how did Vader turn to the dark side". It was a very very short split second and then ofcourse ROTS came into memory again. But it was such a happy moment, looking at the OOT and wondering about them without the prequels in mind.

I just saw the episode of South Park on comedy central about Cartman trying to pull Family Guy with the uncensored Muhammed. But at the moment Muhammed was supposed to come in view the screen turned black and a message appeared saying something like "Muhammed is seen handing the salmen helmet to..." & "comedy central removed...". So I'm wondering, did Comedy central decide to not show Muhammed or is this part of the original South Park episode?
