I dont know if you notice that i add the towers from ANH that the rebels are up to yavin IV. Only these are covered for the cold.

The sand is put there only for that shot. to show that the bairge had some interaction with the sand than just stays there and to add depth :). I also added something that nobody seems to notice (not your fault its very subtle), is that i add sand particles to the camera because of the flyby of the second boat just a sec before ;)

On an other note here some more errors for 005's list.

I think that's gonna have to happen alot more in ROTJ:R. Some shots are just plain ugly from a composition stand point...especially when compared to ESB. And Adywan is gonna be using the HD version right? So he won't be able to crop any of the images...is that correct?

The good thing of 2004 dvds is that took the laggy animation of Gout that was placed here and there( sail barge flying scenes, rebel hangar) and make them well animated silhouettes.

Lol i just noticed in the 3 pics i posted, the first one (with the imminent barge explosion) you can see the shadow of the stick that holds the little boat. The illusion worked. The shadow failed :P

The shadows is an uber problem here. Not impossible. Just to decide what is easier for the more difficult shots.

Impossible. Its not only the match moving but the shadows to actors etc. Plus many shots are from top. so sails would block the view. ;)

Yes!The whole bottom of the boats is matte too.

Lando is from a previous shot. its like ady added the second/expanded hangar to ANH:R he put it in different time and in slow motion. No one can notice the difference because the action focus on luke. ;)

Back to ROTS again i tried to give a more OT look to vader's mask based on publicity photos of ROTJ reveal mask props.

It was a bit tough because i havent many sources for that. And i like th concept that The emperor gave vader even more limited view. Whoever has more pics from revealed mask  let me know.

Also I tried to tone ut the mask...as mask :)

I love the creepy darker background tho.
