I’m still mad that after finally finding a new crush she just dropped the class.

Idk, the Patrick Star business was pretty funny.
Emulating the glow in post sounds like hell, but I wouldn’t put it past modern VFX. In fact, I recall someone doing just that with Palpatine’s face in the scene where he reveals to Anakin he’s the Sith Lord. The result was negligible imo, but only because they were intentional subtle about it. You could easily dial it up.
Mirror half the shots in every conversation so that everyone is always facing left. This accomplishes nothing but it’s confusing as hell.
Kylo Ren and Snoke act exactly like Sith, though.
I’d argue they’re Sith of a non-Baneite lineage, but I’m sure Canon will contradict me on that.
That’s why I don’t take “I am all the Sith” literally.
I believe this is meant to symbolic.
You can interpret it however you want, but the intended meaning is 100% that Palpatine is possessed by the spirit of what I can only assume is Darth Bane, not that Abrams or Terrio would know that. Point is, the stuff about essence transfer and “make the sarcrifice” clearly lays out the idea that all the Sith up to Palpatine are just the same guy body hopping…or something. It’s definitely not intended metaphorically, as much I’d prefer it to be.
It wasn’t very consistent before though, it’s much more pale in SW compared to ESB. Probably because of the visual effects change. Then the prequels that feature it are different again.
Yeah… I remember seeing the first previews for TLJ and thinking Rian must’ve like the 1977 effect.
Personally the SW/TLJ is my favorite. I thought it was over saturated in TFA.
TFA is over saturated, the whole movie.
I love high saturation! I think TFA looks great because of it.
Me at 18 after first figuring out how to color grade.
I think TPM should’ve had Palpatine accompany the heroes back to Naboo, so he could get captured by the Trade Federation and rescued by Anakin somehow.
That’s literally the opening to RotS.
I could see that. Definitely not word for word, but some sort of loose reimagining.
I’d love to hear about all 22 versions of Lucas’s Sequels.
Timestamp?
Use the Ach-To theme as Luke’s theme.
For now Coruscant as Exegol isn’t happening. I’ve already completely abandoned making the DSII Coruscant since it created way too many issues, and since there’s already a smoother alternative in the form of making it the same Death Star from ANH. Exegol being Coruscant only creates one in the question of how a massive fleet stayed hidden on the former Galactic Capital. If that can be solved the only obstacle will be technical, which, like with turning Pasaana Tropical, are big enough to postpone indefinitely, as I, at least for the time being, lack the necessary skills to pull it off.
You gave Luke jaundice, but pretty good otherwise.
YouTube is so trash they actively hide videos you haven’t already seen. You have to click on “New to You” or else your homepage is just shit you’ve already seen.
What if instead of Leia having a lightsaber, Rey built her own lightsaber, and it’s the one she uses for her training montage.
Can we please move on from such dreary topics?
Wait, nvm, he recently explained that the Whills are microscopic organisms like midi-chlorians.
GL is kind of vague about what the Whills are exactly, and it seems his idea regarding them changed over the decades.
I’m gonna be honest, I really wanna fly over to his house solely to ask him what the Whills are. Actually, video chat would probably be more practical, but you get the point. I’m really dying to know, and I bet if you asked the right people at Lucasfilm they could tell you too.
I’m sure he explained it all to them at some point, especially while making the Yoda’s Journey storyline for TCW. In fact, I think there’s reason to believe the so-called Force Priestesses in that story are actually Whills, as Qui-Gon says in deleted scenes from RotS he learned to become a Force ghost from the Whills and in TCW he guides Yoda to the Force Priestesses to learn this ability.
Oh and spontaneous title idea for Episode VIII or IX: Secret of the Whills.
Change Ki-Adi-Mundi’s line in RotS to “What about the droid attack on the wokies?” Give all the Wookiees pride flags and piercings to match.
Well, this new crush of mine has been MIA all week.
That seems like an arbitrary decision to skip a relatively small amount of content. It’s like starting the Modern Series with S2 to get to Tennant faster.
I don’t see why you’d skip ahead a single season like that to Terror of the Autons.
Oh and you can throw in Prince as the Joker.
