2. They will supposedly be on the "final" box set of all six in 2007.

Has this ever actually been said on record by anybody at Lucasfilm, or is this the kind of speculation everybody is accepting as fact? Like "Fall of the Republic" as the title of Episode III.

Now, you know Lucas wouldn't pass up the chance!

1. No.

2. They will supposedly be on the "final" box set of all six in 2007.

3. There's a blooper reel, accessable by typing in "1138" with your DVD remote when on the "video games and still galleries" menu on the bonus disc. Also, by typing either 1, 2, or 3, when at the fox fbi warnings on the films, you can choose which of the three menus that will pop up.

How do you access the blooper real? Everytime I press '1' it takes me to the 'Empire of Dreams' menu. What am I doing wrong?

You will probably need to press "+10" on your remote first. Then press 1 once, then 3, then 8.

I've seen SWHS one time and THX-1138. And I immediately saw the connection between the two films. THX-1138 and Itchy watch their porn through the same device.

Man, Lucas just can't resist referencing that film! Even in the holiday special!

the first time was painful and just thought what a load of "Beep" and gave up eventually, but i watched it again recently, and there were still parts that were i considered very bad but i could see a certain "charm" in there and saw why people like Adam like it, and got through a whole sitting, though it isnt something i will ever rush back to see or ever see again, least i can say to myself i have sat through the whole Holiday Special without feeling too much pain...

To be completely honest with you, that's kind of how I felt the first time I saw it. It was just such a jarring experience to see something so... different. The first time I saw it, I was a little freaked out by the whole idea. I ended up turning it off by the time the Chef (dare I say that I actually know her full name?) came on the HoloNet with her silly cooking act. It really took me a few viewings before I began to be able to "just sit down and enjoy it."

THE STAR WARS HOLIDAY SPECIAL

As the Empire struggles to maintain
order following the loss of the Death
Star, the Rebel Alliance successfully
flees Yavin Base and hides in the far
reaches of the galaxy.

Charged with finding and punishing the
Rebels, Darth Vader has blockaded and
terrorized numerous worlds sympathetic
to the freedom fighters, including the
Wookiee homeworld of KASHYYYK.

Risking all in the name of family,
Chewbacca has asked Han Solo to help
him brave the blockading fleet and
return home to his father, wife and
child in time to celebrate LIFE DAY...

100 hundred times?!? I'm really wondering how can you do that. I'm a big Star Wars fan, and I've never seen any Star Wars movie a hundred times...

"I'm a holiday special masochisist."
Take a whip instead, it hurts less... LOL

Yes, around 100 times. Just about as many times as I've seen ANH. I enjoy them equally, but for different reasons.

And... a whip?

To be completely honest with you? Yes. Yes, I believe I am. Come to think of it, I really can't understand why I am so fascinated with it. I just am, and, as a result, I enjoy watching it.
