That's only six days difference. Kids are more likely to sit at home and read book seven than see movie five so they can see how the story will end.

This is the unfortunate byproduct of the litigious culture we live in. When you can get sued for sexual harrasment simply for giving an awkward glance to the unreceptive or get charged with raping your own wife, the pussification of the male is inevitable. As a result, many men just wait to be advanced on to know its okay. Men can handle rejection. We can't handle litigation or jail time. Meanwhile, many women still sit around and wait for what humans are biologically programmed for: the male advance. As a result, we have a generation that doesn't comprehend intimacy, is lousy at sex until reaching their late 20s, and doesn't procreate until their 40s.

Its especially problematic in the U.S. Not so much in latin cultures (both Europe and the western hemisphere), Asian cultures, and African cultures where male sexual advance isn't yet taboo.

There is no set date when Book Seven is coming out, as it hasn't been finished yet. They'll set a date only after it goes to the publisher and gets edited.

7/7/07 was a WAY cool notion for releasing Book 7, but I don't think it'll ultimately happen. Movie 5 has officially been slated for 7/13/07 and I don't see JK pitting her products against each other like that.

I hope that it'll work out so they can film Book 6 and 7 back to back and get the release dates closer to each other.

Not much to say beyond what's in the initial post. HP was less about "political motivation" to make a statement about horrible editing/writing/acting whatever. They were perfectly enjoyable films (Chris Columbus' included; he gets unfairly bad-mouthed for a man who set the tone, style, and casting for the whole franchise) and I simply wanted to extend them.

Only one deleted scene in HP2 wasn't included ... CC rightly removed the scene of Harry and Ron coming upon the car in the dark forest before meeting Aragog. It's makes its climactic return that much more impactful. ABC put that scene back in but it was a mistake IMO.

Keep in mind that DE, like most of us, has a day job. Painstaking detail like his gets done over time, but the results are always worth the wait.

DE, just curious, in the initial post you say:

What exactly aren't moving? Arms, boobs or something else? Boba Feta is working up some artwork for the Hybrid Edition and was going to put this list into an insert. When I was proofing this, I wasn't sure what it meant.

Hopefully if she had boobs that were moving, you didn't stop them.
