Admittedly, I stole the joke from a fake poster I saw somewhere a couple months ago or so. (twitter maybe?)

Looks like vitamins, nuts and dehydrated food. Makes sense.
Cool pic by the way.
Even though prequels don’t count…
And in the time of greatest despair, there shall come a savior, and he shall be known as the Son of the Suns.
Now I’m irked that the silverware doesn’t look more ‘spacey’.
You probably don’t recognize me because of the red arm.

Yes. Perhaps this scene is a miniature homage to Hook.
Perhaps they were going to put in CGI food and just forgot about it…

There is something in the bowl, but one has to wonder why they created clone food that barely registers on camera. Are the Kaminoans supposed to be color blind or something?
And I actually have a couple old forks and knives similar to those, only with blue plastic.

If I remember my EU correctly, Kaminoans are actually supposed to see in ultraviolet; all their stuff comes in crazy UV colours humans can’t see.
What type of food do Star Wars humans eat?
Lukewarm Stuffed Taun Taun.
originally it looked like chinese cabbage and other fairly normal food. IN the force awakens they eat soylent green.
Soylent Green is Rodians!
I guess that explain why we don’t see very many rodians in that movie, they’ve all been chopped up by soylent corp.
