I've heard this release and I'm interested in the availability of the A New Hope and Return of the Jedi versions, as well as the Raiders of the Lost Ark edit. If anyone can provide sources for these, it would be appreciated.

can somebody help me please?, i have ben given this set on a USB stick but its on the FLAC format and it doesnt play on my windows media player and i cant burn it to cd. can someone recommend something i can play these files on and a program to convert the FLAC files to mp3?.

No, but it can play FLACs. So can WinAmp. I honestly advise you to not use Windows Media Player; there are much better media players available for free.

Try audacity. It's a freeware audio editor and combined with the ffmpeg plugins it should export flac as mp3 with little difficulty.

It does, however, require LAME to encode mp3s. Really, you probably just want LAME.
