I do, specially if it's Fullscreen Pan&Scan
I want to know if anybody want to see a preservation of the Star Wars Special Edition Trilogy taken from the original VHS box set released in 1997 and the only reason I am asking this is because I looked everywhere for a good copy online of this the only really good thing I found was the flunk edit on myspleen but there is only one problem there are no subtitles when greedo talks to Han nor when Han talks to Jabba and another reason is because there is no torrent anywhere not even on myspleen that has all three movies in one folder and it is all mainly ANH anyways and as I was told earlier the 97 SE’s are in low demand probably because of the color such as the pink tone seen in the mos-eisely sequence but if anybody is interested in seeing something like this please post a reply thanks.

You probably don’t recognize me because of the red arm.
Episode 9 Rewrite, The Starlight Project (Released!) and ANH Technicolor Project (Released!)

I released my ANH:SE project - take a look at this post for the differences with GKAR version.
Now I have learnt new technical approaches and could release a better version, but as there is so little interest in it, I don't think I'll make the next two episodes - or, at least, not so soon...
Sadly my projects are lost due to an HDD crash… 😦 | [Fundamental Collection] thread | blog.spoRv.com | fan preservation forum: fanres.com
I am defiantly interested personally, but standing back for a second I also think its important to preserve this version as well as the original. Ultimately it would be nice to have it in 720 and I know there have been some efforts to re-construct these in better quality than VHS.
I have also always been interested in the idea of making a documentary that chronicles the creation of the '97 versions along with how it went on to be altered further?
A fan made box set with the original, '97, 2004 (purely for archival purposes not enjoyment) 2011 would be nice like the Blade runner set. Also there has been a fan re-construction of the work print which would be an interesting bonus along with maybe the deleted magic, and a documentary chronicling the changes.
I am proud to say I remember the 80’s!

Maybe a double disc edition of the '97 first disc widescreen, second Fullscreen Pan&Scan?
I don't like the '97 compared to the origional, however for me it was the chance to see SW on the big screen. Then there was the vhs release which was all I had for years until recent events in the FE world.

I don,t know it is only the fullscreen VHS but if I PM you the files you can judge it for yourself meanwhile I will buy the widescreen edition, and no I don't want a quality change

FYI: That is Fullscreen Pan&Scan
Hard to tell for sure on YT, but it looks like a pretty decent capture to me.

I want to see SW:POO and I want to see it now! :(
I have been having recent problems with my roommates but if you keep being rude I will make sure you don't get to see it wexter

How was that rude? And how do you plan on keeping someone on the internet from seeing it, unless you keep everyone on the internet from seeing it?
I'll hang up and listen to your answer.
You are right that is an impossibility

I am not rude, the thing was supposed to be done like last week. Is there no decency left on the internet?
Well done for actually doing a proper capture, and not just pointing a camera at your TV (like many YouTube users do). Would you like to explain your capture process? Please take your time when posting, and try and use paragraphs and punctuation.
I still find it hard to believe you're 18, I watched some of your other videos from 2008/2009 and I'd guess you were about 11/12 at the time, which would make you 16 now.

well my roommates had a special plug in their computer to plug in my VCR then a program comes up I forget what it is called but it was already installed to their computer and so we just played the entire tape from start to finish and then I put the files on a USB stick and transferred them to my computer but my plan now is to find a USB video capture device and record the widescreen releases and convert the image to 16:9 for a more movie like experience
EDIT: true I was 12 on my first videos and I stopped making videos for a little while but I am actually 18

You seem to have missed the part of my post where I asked you to try using paragraphs and punctuation.
Just like you missed all the poo references in your other thread.
