Yeah, those have a nice flow to them. I like the sequence.
"2.0 Surround" would be a more accurate description than plain old "Stereo".

I was just wondering Dark_Jedi did you capture the ESB (1980)/ROTJ (1983) Theatrical 2.0 Surround audio yourself?

STILL MISSING SCOTLAND, OH FLOWER OF SCOTLAND DAH DAHHH DAH DAHHHHHHHHH DA.
OK ALL new PCM files for Star Wars are now finally FINISHED, I found the spot in belbecus's 77 Theatrical & Mono as well as the 93 file where it went out and then it was out through the entire movie and I corrected it, also now there is NO delay needed for these new PCM files, so now I am on to trying out msycamores's new subs, I will post samples of it soon.

My tolerance in synching these by ear was in the neighborhood of 10 samples
However, in practice you must take into account the “fuckwit factor”. Just talk to Darth Mallwalker…

And your point is what exactly? I am doing the sync the way Ady showed me, just pointing out that his was NOT perfect either, like some here claim.
Here is a sample of msycamores latest sub tweaks, with the latest GOUT tweaks, and with the 85 PCM for audio.

Ah, why do I have to be at work and can't dl the thing till I get home. I can't wait to see it!
Well, I'm looking at this clip at work (on a monitor that's admittedly not all that great), but the subs seem a bit too soft to my eye. Also, dj, to judge the video quality of the clip, could you post a couple side-by-side screen caps of both the tweaked and untweaked V3? It's hard to judge alone, especially when using the cantina scene.

I used the latest tweak version because that seems to be the preferred version now, I am about to make something final right now, I am tired of trying all these tweaks now and want to get this(Star Wars) done and move on to ESB, so people speak up now or I will decide, but I want you guys to decide.
ALSO, please comment on these subs, whether you want msycamores latest tweak or the nicer crisper ones.
I won't have a chance to look at this until much later tonight. Hanging with the gf after work and then we're going to trivia this evening. I'll give you my input asap tho.

Well I think with the new subs he was trying to dirty them up a bit so they weren't all shiny and pretty, I will see what msyacmore says, I could be wrong.
*edit - Truth be told though, I kind of like the nicer crisper ones myself.
Just watched the new sample:
1. Colors look great!
2. I like the "softer" subtitles better. It makes it feel like they were printed onto the film that was scanned in, as opposed to something that was digitally added later.
Colors are from the last tweak I did that I will say most liked, but I need more feedback on the subs, it is kind of equal right now on who likes and dislikes, like I said, I kind of like the cleaner look, but I am in total agreement on you statement CA and I know why msycamore did them that way, so maybe just so I can get this new video rendered and move on I should just go with it.

PM sent.
It looks beautiful DJ. I vote for the fuzzy subs, very nice. Are you going to re-render the MBE of Star Wars with these latest tweaks?
I love everybody. Lets all smoke some reefer and chill. Hug and kisses for everybody.

Yes Sir, is that what you want, I assumed it was, but let me know for sure.
Funny thing, just because I might re render all 3 films to make some color adjustments and such doesn't mean I am going to delete the V3 "as is" render LOL, I will just back that baby up on my 1 TB external, I am just not going to be a store and take a bunch of different orders LOL.
Could I get fries with that? :p
I think I like the idea of 'fuzzy subs' if they look like what are in my imagination. If they are too sharp, they would look cg.
OK, as of right now I will re render with the latest accepted tweaks and the "new" msycamore Theatrical subs, I will let this go a little longer tonight and if nothing else comes up I am going to start rendering so we can move on.
I should be able to view the clip you posted in an hour or two, but judging by responses from everyone else, you should be good to go.
