I would prefer the resources go to making a truly great Bond film. They were on the right track. Craig is my favorite Bond and I appreciate the effort to make it a little more real and gritty, but I think they went too far. Skyfall and Casino were fine, but a little small. QOS and the last didn't live up, imo. I'd like a big, high-stakes action/adventure.

Yep I knew it. There is no reason for this to be Phase 2 finale. This is so obviously a Phase 3 opener. What was Marvel thinking.

How have I never heard of this movie before? It’s got aliens, zombies, guns, axes, flamethrowers, mad scientists, escaped mental patients, frats, 50’s flashbacks, cryogenics, exploding heads, possessed pussy cats and puppy dogs, quotable dialogue, fabulous effects, and even a Dick Miller cameo. It has it all!!!

A barmy, demented, ironic, gory, totally-unnecessary-boob-shot of a film. I’m buying it the next chance I get.

On occasion you say things that make you come off as wanting to be unique. And no your opinion on TFA isn’t one of them.

I guess I can’t deny that. The main point is that I had no idea how much universal acclaim and belovedness the film had before that conversation. (I don’t think I’ve ever particularly cared about its .)

Have you never talked with someone about Toy Story 2 before? You’re the only person I have ever met that has not liked it.

LuckyGungen gave a score that I found unreasonably high, and it seemed to me that he was most likely pulling his love for it completely out of blind nostalgia (not to offend or insult your taste, LuckyGungen).

Well you called it a “cash grab sequel” because reasons which fits the cynical aspect and you dislike a film (including Rambo) most like which fills the contrarian part. And before you say anything I can be considered somewhat of a contrarian as well with some of my opinions but I think it’s the way in which you present your point of view. In your case I couldn’t shake off the feeling that you were perhaps trying a bit to hard considering it’s a kids film and not something like The Godfather.

I really should give it another chance. Saw it once with some friends and, although it all looked great, I didn’t care much for any of the characters or the story. It’s been a couple years and my tastes have changed, so maybe it deserves another watch.

I’m waiting for the sequel, Weak Nuclear Force.
