Wondering if either part of this wonderful set is still available. I definitely don't have the OT and I'd be interested in checking that one out. On Fanedit.info there appear to be RS links, but it doesn't clarify which trilogy it contains.

I have trouble connecting at fanedit.info right now (because of a flash player pop up annoying thing). But if you can: Part 1 is the prequel, part 2 is the OT. and the Dusty versions (I think that's the only version available now, but not sure) are the 4:3 old looking versions (as oppose to the 16:9 clean versions).
That said: all version of those edits will be available at mega.co soon.
Sorry for bumping this, but after finding out about this fan edit, I had to sign up. I would absolutely love to have a copy! I love Silent films and combining it with Star Wars is just pure genius! The dusty editions are what I'm looking for. Thanks!

You could even re-write the entire plot of Attack of the Clones, making it a decent film!

Yeah, my silent versions are more or less the original plot. They were my first fanedits and I did not go too crazy in changing the story at all. It is the only regret of mine now concerning those edits. I could have completely changed everything. But the fun, to me back then, was first to combine the music and the pictures in the best possible way, not too rewrite the story. That said there are some changes here and there. For example in attack of the clones, Anakin simply arrives too late to save his mother. She's already buried. Those kind of things.

Hey, why not. It’s just that I can’t remember exactly the plugins I used in the 6 first edits to get that old movie look. But maybe I can find it back.
(A third War of the Stars could also be possible but I’d prefer to wait at least until Episode 8 to be sure of the goal and how to do it)

I don’t think I’m going to do the “Star Wars Stories” movies.
But here is the Force Awakens Silent fanedit that I just released.
(There are still some few typos and capitalization issues that will be corrected in a couple of days.)

I really like this edit, especially the ‘damsel in distress’ line. The only improvement I could think of is to have more of that type of summation in the dialogue.
