Being that this is the DeEd, would shots of before, during and after restoration be something we'd like to see, or do we want to look past that the SE's even exist and have just choice clips from the restored film? This is just my two cents, but when I pop in a despecialized edition, the last thing I want to see on my screen is any trace of any "special edition".

How about a loop entirely made of SE footage with Yakkity Sax playing over it?

I like this. But will scenes from the movie play in the background of the main menu? Because I have a pet peeve with menus that show any scenes from the film. I'd much rather it just show the title logo and keep it looking clean, simple and classic.

It looks like the left hand side needs to be color corrected separately from the right.

I do agree that the sky is too blue - I actually like the colors in Mike Verta's uncorrected version.

You probably don’t recognize me because of the red arm.
