Nothing here.
AVG freaked out when I came to the site today. (Via the front page.) "Blackhat" exploit. First time for me around here.

Nothing here.
Had it happen three times so far. Don't access the site via the front page to be on the safe side, until we figure out what's going on...

It's a bit late for me.
I tend to go in through the front door and must have done so about ten or eleven times today already.
Someone should point Jay over here. I don't even know if he reads the forum aside from the occasional bug report.

The blue elephant in the room.
Not even close to enough. :(
Since AVG's site doesn't seem to define what the threat actually is, it's hard to tell if it's a problem or not. Is it a virus, or is it just a warning against blackhat SEO techniques (which I don't knowingly use and aren't a real threat of any kind regardless)?
I honestly don't think there's anything to worry about, but that's easy for me to say as a Mac user ;)

There's still the unexplained links at the bottom of the front page that are similar to what the spambots post. Even when the links aren't visible, it's still there in the html.

It's a warning that someone else is using blackhat SEO techniques by, presumably, exploiting a vulnerability on ot.com's server to inject those backlinks. Although I don't know what they expect to gain from it as I'm pretty sure Google's algorithms are clever enough to ignore non-displaying links.

I also don't think it's anything for end users to worry about, but you should contact your hoster about it.

Three of the staff in the same (visible to everyone) thread? How has the forum not collapsed in on itself?
I've been getting those warnings for three days now. AVG just blocks them, and I figure it is being resolved somewhere.
You probably don’t recognize me because of the red arm.

I removed the links, didn't know they were there. I'll also inform the host of the exploit.

Looks like it's kosher again. AVG is keeping quiet.
This website is clean!

Don't you have more posts to count?
I've been promoted to counting peanuts.

Yes, she was. Just a subtle nod to the fact this could happen again. So beware! ;)
