This is interesting, your change list looks similar to what I ended up with initially when I went in to make my ow 3-in-1 and pared back to nothing but Rey and Kylo’s scenes. I went on to add in much more from there, but I’m keen to see what you make of it!

Hey everyone,

So here’s a sad update: I lost my first batch of files when my hard drive died a few months ago. I do have a few things, including the ending. But I’m waiting until I can save up to get a new Mac, so I can actually have some solid hardware/software. (I had been working off a 2010 MacBook, and it was super buggy.)

I really appreciate all the patience and support. Thank you for coming back and reminding me why this is worth it. Part of the reason I love this community. Hope to be back soon!

So I got that new Mac. 😃

Went back through this thread tonight, and I just want to say that I’m really moved by how supportive you all were during my first go round. It’s inspiring enough that I’m gonna make this happen! I’ve got some travel happening over the next couple weeks, but I’ll post an update when I have something to show.

Hope everyone has had a great year so far, and thanks again for sticking around!

Hey! Just checking in to show my support for this project still! And hoping it’s not dead 🤞. Even if you don’t have time to work on the whole thing, I think splicing your extremely satisfying ending onto The Last Jedi (primarily Rey’s section) would be very worthwhile, if only so those of us TROS cynics never have to watch it again! (no offence to TROS appreciators though).
