True, but I think there’s a big difference between this and Rogue One. Literally everyone died and there was all sorts of “gray” violence. I remember Cassian literally murdering a rebel informant?

I don’t know if this has been mentioned or not, but if Kylo is a Solo/Skywalker and Rey is a Kenobi, then history repeats itself, leading to a duel between the descendants. However, if they are flipping them over and Rey is the one who becomes seriously injured, due to going bad and Kylo returns to being Ben Solo again, does that mean we’ll get a Vader like villain (Rey) in a new trilogy? Or will she be more like the Emperor?

I personally think Luke is referring to the Emperor in the trailer (“I’ve seen this before, it didn’t scare me then…it does now!!!”) He wasn’t scared when he confronted the Emperor. I think I’m wrong, but it’s just a hunch.

They really can’t go down the same road again with Rey becoming like Luke and become a Jedi, can they? I mean, what if Luke had joined Vader at the end of The Empire Strikes Back, and what if they are going down this road and Rey joins Snoke, while Kylo returns as Ben. A Skywalker/Solo decides to become good again, while a Kenobi decides to become bad.

I guess I half agree with you here since I find the ski speeders to be aesthetically pleasing whereas the walkers and the new star destroyers feel really uninspired.

LOL! I wonder if Spielberg has seen that.

I appreciate the time it took to match the style of the original poster art. They could have photoshopped a Porg into it and called it a day.

Even if the Porgs turn out to be the new Jar Jar, these pics are worth it.

I like the porgs. I think they might end up being one of the few humorous things in a very serious film. I wonder what Chewie named his new friend? Han? Solo?

It seems like people are really embracing the new characters. In fact, the big question people ask me now about Star Wars is, “Are Finn and Poe gay lovers?” And really how the f*ck would I know?
