I go forum online all the time.

I think most people who are big fans of sports teams are so for one of tree reasons:

1. The team is of the city from which they hail.
2. The rest of their family likes said team.
3. They like the team’s “story” and relates to them somehow.

That was a late in the year shutdown though. With this one being at the beginning of the year, the effects should be mitigated (I hear).

And while the party that is blamed for the shutdown does lose a few points immediately after the shutdown, they always are able to regain it.

It’s not going to be months. No shutdown has ever come close to being that long.

Some federal employees get some days off. The actual economic and long-term political effect is actually minimal.
