would placing colour corrected 2004 clips help with the smearing?

what is the condition of the disc is it able to be duplicated in any way or sent to another member who is more knowledgeable about dvd ripping and extract the audio track, shame its on wonky discs

why not take a colour corrected copies of the 2004 HD Broadcasts and insert upscaled 97se parts where there is a visual difference

for audio just use the 97SE 5.1 mix?
