A friend of mine gave me this who worked for the post office. It’s not in perfect condition, but there are no rips or tears. The story I was told the USPS were supposed to ship back or destroy all promo material for the stamps. Anyway, if you are interested drop me a line.

Is there a website that lists all the changes made over the years with pictures? not just a thread, but a website?
