^Yep. A user claimed “I covered this in my 2008 Tusken fanfiction,” in regards to the “Sand People” slur.
People upset about this saw Ghostbusters 2, right?
Saw it on TV a time or two. Don’t remember much, don’t care much. Ghostbusters (1) is probably the only one I’ll ever care about.
The line for the TFA premiere was fun. Met a lot of cool people who were all just as excited as I was.
My Marvel Movies Ranked :
- The Avengers (9.5/10)
- Captain America Winter Soilder (9.5/10)
- Iron Man (9/10)
- Avengers Age of Ultron (8.5/10)
- Guardians of the Galaxy (8.5/10)
- Ant Man (7.0/10)
- Captain America First Avenger (7.0/10)
- Iron Man 3 (7.0/10)
- Thor (6.5/10)
- Iron Man 2 (6/10)
- Thor The Dark World (6/10)
- The Incredible Hulk (5/10)
Age of Ultron 8.5/10? Anything above 8 for me means it’s great, and I know for a fact that Age of Ultron is far from great.
His grading system is likely different from yours. If I bothered with a number system at all, 8.5 would be a B, so good but not great.
Those Hayden in VIII rumors are utterly false regardless. I would place a bet on it but I assume my utter misery would be payment enough if it did happen.
Would you like a safe space to discuss the Star Wars Prequel Trilogy (SWPT)?
Pre-Civil War list for me
The Winter Soldier: A
The Avengers: A
The First Avenger: A-
Iron Man: A-
GOTG: B+
Age of Ultron: B
Ant-Man: B
Iron Man 3: C+
Iron Man 2: C
Thor: C-
Thor 2: D
Never saw Incredible Hulk other than maybe half of it on TV once so it isn’t included.
Also, I just remembered that this is a Marvel thread and we’re all talking about DC nostalgia.
I grew up on B:TAS and the JL cartoons so I suppose they’ll always be my true versions. That and the random issues of Action Comics from the mid-90s my kindergarten teacher gave away as prizes for whatever reason. I still have one of them and it’s in horrible shape.
Scott Pilgrim vs. The World
How do you make a fun and fantastical, yet grounded and human comic into a movie? Remove a lot of the quieter moments that made it grounded and human.
That said, it is relentlessly entertaining. Fast-paced, visually striking, it’s just so much fun. It’s perhaps the definition of style over substance, but the style is so good that I almost don’t care.

If likes or dislikes on youtube actually meant more than squat, that would be quite an achievement.
The Academy, frantically seeking ways to stay relevant, adds “Most Liked Trailer” as an Oscar catagory. Also added was “Most Racially Diverse Motion Picture” to try and make everyone forget the last several years.
Just watched Any superhero movie of at least the last decade
the music was so bland
I have zero interest in a PUT.
I do.
And together they shall cripple the galaxy with furious taxation of trade routes.
Oh shit better link to this post in the masturbation thread.
Oh yeah. It seems like you guys are going to have some great orgasms tonight.
For what it’s worth I think that thread is dumb.
I agree with that. When Frink first started that thread, it made me question who was doing the masturbating.
Everyone at some point, probably.
The circle is now complete.
Nobody’s every really bullied me because of Star Wars, other than maybe a few vague comments.
Sounds like Mads is either unaware of or doesn’t acknowledge the PT, bless him.
He’s too precious for this world. Too pure.

Damn straight
Hate to break it to you, but Pepe is the ultimate normie meme.

Honestly I think fits and Simmons are the two most realistic, relatable, 3 dimensional characters on the show.
All the other characters feel like characters to me. Those two feel like people.
They’re really the only ones I care about anymore. They might be the only reason I ever watch the show at all. Coulson’s character has been diluted more and more since his resurrection, and that really makes me sad.
I sure am glad GL put a close up on the inside of an rat thing’s mouth in a movie!
