Yes. Because Star Wars needed Mace Windu jumping a thousand feet into the air to punch a skyscraper-size droid to pieces and that’s apparently much better than TFA or RO.

TFA and R1 are not SW. It’s bad movies with a SW skin, so it’s not SW. Clone Wars is. But that’s ok, your point of view is… logical.

Can you define “real Star Wars” without mentioning Disney? Or is the mere corporate ownership enough to automatically disqualify anything that releases under them as “real SW?”

Not really. Sure, Darksiders were amassing armies and such, but did the Force really have much to do with that? They just started a military organization and it happened to get big and popular.

I think he means it wasn’t an SE change because it wasn’t officially labeled an SE after 97, and the OOT was quietly swept under the rug.
