Hallo an jeden im Forum, Greetings to everybody ;-))

Ja ich habe eine Pre-SE Fassung von Star Wars auf Deutsch ! Aber für alle anderen im Board wechsele ich jetzt auf Englisch !!

I do have a German Dub Version fo The SE Trilogy. I used the German THX Laserdisc published in 1995 (btw. the only PAL-CSV I know in German). I transferred those with my Panasonic LD to a LITE-ON DVD Recorder (best recod mode 1 h ; Sound LPCM) ,

Afterwards I ran all filles through TMPGEnc3XP and altered the sound to AC3-stereo. The Quality of the picture is (as far as I might say) excellent ( I hope you can confirm that MeBeJedi, Greetings from Trier ).

I had to reduce the bitrate o come to a DVD5 , but still it works. I added a simple (a real. simple menu, just quick an dirty) with TMPGEncDVDAuthor. Looks good for me .

Wenn Du Intersse hast, maile mich gerne hier im Forum an. Würe mich freuen auch Deutsche Kontakte pflegen zu können. Auf diesem Weg auch Grüße an Grisan.

Do you have Interest in those German Dubs too? Pls let me know ,-)). Another Question : You do very often offer Documentaries in English language. I have a Docu from 1983 from the German TV from ROTJ, weird too look at after more than 20 years. And I do have a copy of a promotional Tape, showing the diffrence between the old VHS Tapes and the THX version from 1993. Pretty good to se, how it was back then.

Hello Rikter,

I live in Germany, and hence I do have a 2 ndPAL VCR. I have to look, if this second VCR is in good shape and if I have any chance, to get a guide in any language, as it is not my own player ;-( .

I may send it to you, but you would have to check, if you have a way to amplify your 110 V to 220 V , if the player doen´t work with 110 V. I´ll have to check that too.

If anything fails, I may try to buy a cheaper 2nd hand model here and send it to you. Maybe you can give me an idea, what your brother wants to spend.

Last offer I may make is, you send those tapes over here and I may capture them with my DVD-Recorer. But this may only work, if these tapes are not of private content.

I´ll get you informed at least tomorrow, about what I have to check .

Torrent of Isomix Jedi is missing!!

Hello Rikter,

I got the same problem as c6po; i´ve been trying to dl the siomix since monday.

It didn´t start at all. Azureus did not find any connected host. I cancelled the whole ant the torrent file, to dl it anew. When I looked at myspleen, it has vanished. All trials to find it failed.

What no`? Where is the torrent.file?

Maybe you ca mail it? (though it is not 100% suitable with the forum rules?)

I didn´t really catch that:

Is there only an ISOMIX for New Hope now? Or are there also mixes for Empire and Jedi??
If there are: will you offer them as torrent too??

I was glad enough, to see the first part as XVID Version, which I liked much, ad the picture is rather good. But it was merely impossible to get them tranferred to mpg2, to make a quality DVD.

Could anyone provide me with a copy of the DVD Version fo MagnoliaFans Edits of EP1 and EP2; I was trying to get them via Bittorrent, but I cannot afford the high rate.

Actually, I can provide you with different items, to achive this goal with a German Track, which I would really enjoy !!!!!

I can send you a copy of my handmade set of DVD´s (no problem)

I "ripped" my LD´s (btw those are CAV PAL LD´s;-) ) and I could provide you with the fragmented original rips of those (which means 1 hr of film on one DVD = 2or 3 DVD´s per film with an LPCM track

or I could provide you with the ac3-Stereo converted via TMPEG AC3 plugin

I can add all of these if wished. Please contact me via mail . it should be shown by now ;-))

ich hatte das Glück eine komplettes Set der Blue Box Trilogie in CAV für 40 € über Ebay zu finden. Der Rest dazu bleibt aber geheim.

Nein ganz im Ernst, für die ultmative Deutsche VErsion würde ich micht gerne mit jemanden zusammentun,-))

Ich selbst habe das ganze über einen LD von Pioneer abgespielt und auf einem DVD Recorder von Lite-On aufgenommen. Leider nimmt der aber nur pcm auf. Das gute war dann, das pro LD Seite der Film ca 30 min dauert (außer Jedi).

Das ganze habe ich dann mit TMPEG zusammen geschnippelt, ein bißchen an den Farben korrigiert und per ac3- Tool von TMPEG in AC3 Stereo konvertiert.

Ich kann Dir gerne meine Fassung zukommen lassen, selbstverständlich mit Menu.

Wie würdest Du das ganze denn capturen, wie ist Deine technische Ausstattung??

Hallo an alle Krieg der Sterne Fans !!

Hiermit möchte ich einen deutschen Kreis ins Leben rufen, damit auch wir in unserer Muttersprache den bestmöglichen Transfer der alten Trilogie hinbekommen.

Ich selbst habe den Mitschnitt von Premiere, zu denen ich mir selbst ein Menu gestrickt habe (DANKE AN DVD-lab) und einen Transfer der Videos von 1993 (blaue Box - THX Fasssung) und einen Transfer dieser Laserdisks von CAV (die einzigen deutschen, die ich kenne).

Auch hierzu habe ich selbst eine Menu gebaut, ist aber noch verbesserungswürdig ( mit der entsprechenden Zeit).
Die Quali ist recht ordentlich, der Sound ist via TMPEG-AC3 Plugin in AC3 Stereo gewndelt ( DANKE TMPEG und pegasys !).

Unten meine Covers, basierend auf den alten Videocovern, aber jeweils entzerrt. Sowohl für die blaue Box als auc die SE´s.

Hello anybody out there,

today is the day, I ´ve been expecting for the last few months: The official release off Star Wars 4-6 here in Germany.
I´ll see how it looks, but I have to admit, that I am also one of those guys, who want to have the thetrical originals too!

Today Ibrowsed through Evay and found these covers:
