I’m not sure I understand, if you want to move the effects from one project to another, you don’t have to create a LUT, you can simply copy and paste them. You can also create a preset.

However, if you want to use the same color adjustments in another software, you’ll have to use a LUT.
You can easily export a LUT in Premiere Pro by clicking on the hamburger icon in the Lumetri Panel, and clicking on “Export .cube”, but I believe this will only export the adjustments made in the Lumetri Color effect, so that’s not enough in this case.
I used a different technique which takes into account all the color adjustments, it’s more complicated but I can explain it if that’s what you’re trying to do.

I’ve linked the two LUTs in my first comment and in my previous comment, is it not working?
Maybe you can copy and paste it: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1Tz0Vf3U8mUXmUwByhhz4l3q4oS66CBUZ
Premiere Pro project: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1kpCb0OBmHD1Swy0KUiO3XvdX_R3kY5Wc
If you open it, you’ll see a Missing media window, you can “Locate” the video file (I’ve used the video you’ve uploaded on Vimeo) or “Offline All”, you just need the Adjustment Layer clips anyway.

I’ve created two LUTs, the first one is for the shots where Luke is visible from the front, and the second one is for the sunset. After extracting the zip archive, you should be able to load them in the Lumetri Color Effect.
If you’re interested, I also have the Premiere Pro project where you can tweak the color adjustments individually.

You can store all the color adjustments in a Look-Up Table, it simply contains the original colors and the new colors.
It can be used with the Lumetri Color Effect in two ways:

 • In the Basic Correction tab, select the Input LUT dropdown menu, click on Browse… and select the LUT
 • In the Creative tab, select the Look dropdown menu, click on Browse… and select the LUT

The original Luke shot gets brighter over time, it’s noticeable if you compare the first shot to the beginning of the second shot, or the beginning of the second shot to its end.

Have you tried the LUTs below?

You can use these LUTs to turn Luke’s day scenes into night.

I’ve also noticed brightness differences between the Luke shots, here is how I would reduce them: after the LUT is applied, add a Levels effect for the first and the second shot, set the gamma to 90 for the first shot and make a transition from 110 to 95 for the second shot.

Played around with that Coruscant concept art from DOTF: https://vimeo.com/416679459
It might be usable with some added lights and sfx.

This could be useful: [CVPR 2020] 3D Photography using Context-aware Layered Depth Inpainting
Similar project: 3d-ken-burns

It can be ran in Google Colab, but unfortunately, the resolution is quite low since the runtime is limited.
The result would have to be touched up obviously, but this is how the Coruscant concept art turned out.

I do think yellow lightning could still be cool in a Rey Palpatine version.

I was spending some time today figuring out how I could pull off yellow lightning for you, but it seems it would require tons of frame by frame masking as we are dealing with thin, blue and white elements against a blue and white background. I do however wonder if Skenera would be able to do it, after seeing what they had done with Leia’s saber!

What do you think Skenera? Is it as difficult as I say it is? 🤔

I’ll see what I can do.

The Mandalorian - A Star Wars Story (Season 1 into a 2 hour film) Spoilers! (unfinished)
Time

The Clan of Two: Maybe it gives away too much
The Way of the Mandalore: It’s not really the focus of the first season
Pursuit of the Asset: It’s a good description but it doesn’t sound interesting
Hunter and Prey: It’s simple but intriguing
The Warrior’s Redemption: I’m not sure if that’s an accurate representation of Mando’s arc
Fall of Tradition: It implies something of a larger scale than what happens in the show
The Hunter’s Debt: I like how it’s not too obvious while being the reason for Mando’s decision
The Final Bounty: Maybe it isn’t

Overall I like “The Hunter’s Debt” the most.

Thanks poppasketti, I’ve extended the starfield by duplicating and mirroring the frame on each side, then I removed the stars with the Dust & Scratches effect and I added new stars on a separate layer with the blend mode set to Screen, in order to hide the symmetry.

To get the rotation right, I’ve tried to cancel the existing rotation, so I could get the values for the angle and the anchor point, then I added a rotation in the opposite direction with a little bit of camera shake.
