c'mon.. like i'm afraid of you. you hide behind that mask like it's a shield, but i promise you, the pain is coming. the beatdown of your life is approaching.
The reason I ask is I'm a REAL fan of dark ales, but can't make them worth shit. I'm usually pretty good with fruity ales (for the wife) and ambers. I don't even bother with pale, except hefs.
I still try, though. I have a black fermenting as we speak. we'll see how this one goes.
