I’m not super familiar with all the Bond movies, but I loved License to Kill.
Usually when I’ve mentioned this, the Bond fans get huffy, but not on this site. I mentioned it in the Bond thread and kinda expected to be throwing a bomb into the tread, but surprisingly I found that I’m not alone!

Sounds dreadful, Luke is being tempted by the dark side and struggling against it. He snaps when Vader hints at corrupting Leia. Having him crush Fett to death is too out and out dark.

I’ve been very interested in what Ady will/can do about this for about a decade now.
I don’t get the complaints about Vader being forced to call Palpatine his master at all times. He’s been beat down for 25 years at this point from a man who literally gave him his life back. Of course he’s going to kiss up to him.
I agree, but it is excessive in at least one scene. Ady has already agreed that it will be changed.
George wanted… to wait until RotS was finished to release the OT on dvd … until he realized fans had waited long enough.
The fans waiting didn’t have anything to do with it. He released it before ROTS to remind people that they actually like Star Wars and drum up a little excitement before they troop off to see the latest POS.

Why is it taking so long to get Star Wars officially in 4K anyways? We know that the trilogy has already been restored by Reliance Media Works since 2014 so what’s the hold up?

The colors aren’t the only thing to hate about the bluray…

This was one of the best fixes in the original ANHR, I don’t know why it should be reverted back.

My guess is that he doesn’t wanna do a R1:R and would rather keep visual continuity.

If you watch the comparisons in Harmy’s Sources Documentary or Mike Verta’s Legacy videos and aren’t impressed by the change in color and horrified by the bluray colors, you’ve go to have eye problems.
The blu ray looks a bit worse in Harmy’s Sources Documentary than it actually does because it’s a compressed Youtube video.
But the re-graded colors in that clip suffer from the same problems, so the comparison is still valid.
And Leia was noticeably purple on my DVDs, so I’m sure that carried over to the bluray, even if it’s boosted by compression in the youtube clip.
The color re-grade shown in the clip is way to yellow, but like some of us have said, 2.7 looks great.

It’s not the best shade for his complexion, but it’s a daring look and I can appreciate that.
I mean yeah they’re definitely different and Mike’s look fine but honestly harmys look weird to me. Too much yellow and green.
I’d have agreed with that a couple versions back, but the 2.7 colors are great.
Obviously the Blu Ray colors are unfaithful to the original colors but they don’t look worse and most of the time to me they look better.
If the purple faces of the ANH dvd/bluray work for you, that’s ok. But I just can’t understand it.
