Most of my favorite movies have been re-made into brain-dead versions, so nothin’ new there.

So the girlfriend loves Blade Runner. Just about her favorite film.
She is, of course, interested in the new one, but has stayed spoiler-free…

As for my list, I only listed bands that I’m missing no songs from. I’ve got more albums, singles, EPs, ect. than I’m missing from all of those artists, and many are actually complete discographies.

Finally someone besides myself!!! Yay!!! Having the cover as my avatar on the Hoffman forums always creates discussion.

I died laughing when Pinky and The Brain did a Godzilla spoof complete with random cutaways to Burr’s character. Unless you know how Burr was inserted into the American cut of the movie you probably wouldn’t get the joke.

Awesome. I think this is the first time since Jurassic Park that I’ve found the CGI BTS interesting!
The 3D model of the Jedi city is impressive. I love how they showed that it was used for different shots by rotating the model to different locations.
And although I don’t buy Tarkin being anything other than the effect he is, it is a very impressive effect and I buy the character all the way, which is the goal in the end. No different from Yoda*.

The real OT Yoda. Not the PT cartoon Yoda.

Why do I have to compare a movie I like to a cartoon I don’t?

I know there were meant to be 3 seasons in total - and they get asked still if they’d still do the third season (really unlikely given they’d all gone on to 'bigger things etc - though it’d be great to have a 1-hour one-off special, 20 years on, just to catch up with them all again!

I’ve only seen R1 once, but I didn’t miss the opening text or the logo.
If it looks n’ feels like Star Wars, I don’t need a big logo telling me that it’s Star Wars. The PT needed that logo to remind people that these films were something they were supposed to like.
