O Brother, Where Art Thou? (2000) - 8/10
Really enjoyed it. Had fun characters and a great soundtrack.
Seems like I said this recently, But I LOVE that film.

I get that but I’ve just about finished Season 1 of Breaking Bad over the past few weeks and it’s a great show.
Doesn’t hurt that I lived in Albuquerque for 15 years and I keep seeing landmarks and references.
It’s one of the very few shows I liked from beginning to end!

My personal cannon is the original OT and stories me and a friend are working on about a couple characters we’ve made (nothing to do with the Empire or Rebellion… yet).
Rouge One looks to line up with my SW world, so I’m hopeful about that.
I liked TFA, but wouldn’t say it’s part of my cannon just yet.

I thought the Warcraft movie was animated. I just saw a new tv spot and there are live action humans.
It looks terrible!
Not that I had any interest either way, but I’m surprised that the long awaited film to such a huge franchise has such poor cgi. I mean, it looked fine when I thought it was supposed to look like an animated film, but I guess they think it all looks real…

I never told you what you can/can’t or should/shouldn’t have on your profile. I just said I don’t understand that need (especially when Wook is always having to tell people to shrink their images). It wasn’t a swipe at you or anybody else.
I also didn’t ask why you were riled up about this, I just said that I know you’re easily riled, so I added a “shrug” as way of saying “it don’t matter none.”

I’ve heard that Zelda II is actually pretty good, just a departure from the norm.
Zelda II is GREAT! It’s one of my favorite Zelda titles. People don’t like it because it’s HARD. Really hard. And there’s a lives system and when your lives are up you gotta start from the beginning point. and work your way back to where you were (keeping all items and such).
That actually probably sounds like more of a pain that it really is though.
The combat is incredibly fun! Nothing on the NES can touch that.
It’s not perfect, but it doesn’t deserve the flack that it gets. In fact it set in place many of the things the series is known for.
Also, Zelda II has the best music in the series. It’s only a bout 4 tunes, so it can’t compete with soundtracks like OOT or SS, but the themes beat all the other games in my opinion. Youtube the ‘palace theme’. It’s too good!

I only watched the movie once, so maybe I’m missing something, but it seems dumb.

I’ve been following this news and as a Godzilla fan, of course I’m happy about this.
I wish they could/would include the U.S. cut.
I’m not a big fan of this particular film, or the look of the Big G in this one (why are his eyes always looking up? What could he possibly be looking at?), but I’m happy to see it get a nice release.

I don’t like any of the DC’s as much as the originals. Especially the one for Alien3 that everyone seems to think improves the film. Nothing that’s added is needed (or wanted) and many scenes are ruined through new edits or replacement footage. The alien coming from an ox instead of the dog isn’t as good a scene and it ruins early set-ups and then it makes no sense why the new alien looks and acts more like a dog.
EDIT- I’m already echoing myself… It was only one page ago!
I think it’s kinda interesting what people are willing to put up with just to watch some TV.
I don’t watch much TV and I jump ship very easily.

I put an end to my bullying problem by punching the bully in the face with as much force as possible. I was never bullied at that school again.
That’s because the school rightfully got a restraining order against you for knocking out that nine-year-old.
Plus, it was only last week, so it might be a bit soon to say “never”…
He said he was never bullied at that school again. And the kid says he was only nine at the time, but I’m all but positive that bastard was a solid ten years old. He got what was coming to him.
