Hey brother welcome back.
Hey brother welcome back.
Seems a good likeness…
Haha, a few years down the road and that probably is similar to what I’ll look like, minus the facial hair but (judging by other men in the family) I’ll still have the hair on my head. 😛
That seems totally possible; I did have a full head of flowing hair back in the day, before kids…before the dark times. But seeing how I am currently working on a bitchin’ comb-over right now, it’s only a matter of time before the coiffure is in order.
Awesome, thanks!
It is a great edit by the way.
Jedit: Is it possible to get 25bd seeding again? I am stuck at 70%. Thanks in advance!

A BD-25 of Rise of the Rebellion is now available via MySpleen 😃
Thank the Maker 😃
Jedit: I don’t know if this was answered previously, but does the BD-25 have a menu or is it simply the BD version of the original file?
I couldn’t understand it either…that’s a whole lotta WTF right there.
Brass monkey…he is rather funky.
Logan Noir. An awesome take on the original film and very powerful in black and white. 8.5/10
I would have to disagree in one lone example…New 52 Batman was consistently the best book DC offered and iscwell worth checking out. But other than that, you’re 100% correct.
That is an awesome find.
His doc on WW II was amazing as well; I liked his Civil War one better, but The War was still an extremely powerful series.
It is true that VLC cannot play commercially available Blu rays, I verified that today with The Hobbit, but in a pinch, it can be used to play the individual files in an iso if there are no other options. Personally, I typically use Powerdvd whenever I want to play a Blu ray, but use VLC for pretty much everything else. However, unfortunately for Bluto, it looks like VLC won’t work for him.
I have had success in using VLC for iso files, but they need to be mounted to a virtual drive first. After the iso is mounted, if you right click to open, go into the bdmv folder, open stream and then right click the largest file(if there is more than one) and click ‘open with VLC’. It works pretty well.
Thanks for the feedback, one69chev.
Have you tried VLC with NJVC’s ISOs, or with some other ISOs? I’d be interested to know if the NJVC ones work for you. I have mounted them virtually in Windows 10, and tried the following:
- Open the largest m2ts file with VLC - nothing happens. But the other m2ts files (extras) open fine.
- Open the mounted drive as a Blu-ray disk in VLC. Menu works fine, extras play ok, but the main movie won’t work. The timer zips forward really fast, but there is no video/audio.
Bluto
Hmm…wierd. I will check it out and see. I am using Windows 7 and have the 25gb versions.
Jedit…so yeah, I picked my 25gb ESB iso, mounted it to virtual drive, clicked the file, in this case #9 and it played with no issues in either audio or video in VLC.
Bummer brother, I defintely can feel your pain. Hopefully, you will be up and running in short order.

Did you read this thread from the beginning? The OP was sent a PM within a few days of his request.
In my experience here, what bothers people the most is when new comers ask previously asked questions without simply reading a few posts to find the info they were searching for. And if it was just a one time thing, people might let it slide, but this happens in virtually every thread related to edits, preservations and etc. The repitive nature of these requests is borderline crazy.
Could this community be a bit nicer to the newbies? Perhaps, but the respect relationship goes both ways and if someone really wants to be a part of this community, I believe they would be welcomed. If a person is just looking to hit and run when they get what they are after, well their stay may not be a pleasant one.
If you expand the quote you’ll see he actually wrote “apologies” but he wrote it in the wrong place and apparently doesn’t proofread.
Gotcha…
I am glad you concur.
How do I get these?
Shame on you
Why shame on me?
Uhhh. Maybe because the guy in charge of the project, who has spent his personal funds and hours of his time trying to get this project completed just shared that a recent medical procedure left him unable to use one of his arms and the only thing you can contribute is to ask…“how can I get these”. That is just a guess tho…
Thanks. The art is not mine, I simply adapted it for your project. Your edit is one of my favorites of all time. Stellar work.
It. The movie tried a bit too hard to be scary at times, but the kid cast worked well together in a Stranger Things sort of way.
3 clowns out of 4 for me…
Niiiiiice
I loved the theatrical version, but it sounds like you are going to improve upon it. Interested when it is ready to review. Thanks.
I had some nacho cheese Doritos for the first time in 3 years…right tasty.
The original Exorcist movies is one of my favorite movies, but ever since I got my new projector and huge screen and surround I haven’t watched it out of fear. It’s a wonderfully made movie full of magic, but dark magic. I’ll watch any other horror movie on it, but the original Exorcist is such a psychological annihilation that I’m honestly afraid watching it on a huge screen like this might have negative repercussions on me mentally.
I felt exactly the same way about watching The Shining on my big screen. Creeped me right the eff out and after a few minutes I was like…‘nope’…
