STAR WARS: EP V "REVISITED EDITION"ADYWAN - 12GB 1080p MP4 VERSION AVAILABLE NOW
Time

I find that many of them lacked real depth (which is a common flaw to a 2D painting.......but some of the better matte painters acheived this far better than others). I look forward to seeing Ady's take on these.....keeping the look of the original painting, but adding more "feel" to it by adding depth and possibly some subtle background movement. It would really make some of these dead shots come to life

Personally I think it would be a real shame to drop the idea of a subtitle commentary track showcasing the changes and additions to the film. My suggestion would be to cover the more major ones and forget about the smaller ones...you know, keep it manageable

Disney's Sleepy Hollow re-edit (* unfinished project *)
Time

Ok, I've purchased a laserdisc, sent it out for transfer to DVD....waiting for it in the mail. I've collected all the material I can find, but I'm still missing 2 things:

1. The Disney made Washington Irving documentary

2. Someone who knows how to make DVD menus

My menus are now going to be a little more interesting.....live action, in the same style as the movie's opening sequence. In a library with lots of old books. I'm currently in the process of having a replica of the sleepy hollow book from the film made. The menus will feature live action filmed elements of this book.....somewhat in the style of the LOTR extended version's DVD menus

STAR WARS: EP IV 2004 REVISITED ADYWAN *1080p HD VERSION NOW IN PRODUCTION
Time

I think the reluctance stems from most people being quite happy with the OT when they first saw it, and making logical assumptions that Lucas would adhere to what he had already created when he made the PT. Unfortunately this was not so. This leads many, including myself, to believe that the problem lies more within the PT than the OT. I personally dont think that the original source material should be changed all that much to make it fit better with the garbage that was the PT. Lucas lost his mind, we didn't.

Lucas killed some of MY best dreams.....Ady's currently in the process of bringing them back to life

Alright let's tone down the dramatics of that statement. Did it really kill your best dreams?

lol, you can tone down whatever you like. I said what I said cause I meant it.....deal with it

Wasn't there a whole romantic hallway scene between Luke and Leia that emphasized the love triangle? Also, I think there are scenes of Luke recovering and having this mask placed on his face. I really hope that Lucas doesn't decide to "Special Edition"-ize the deleted scenes for the Blu-Ray. I have no problem with him finalizing them (putting ambient noise) but I have a bad feeling that he may go further.

I don't have a bad feeling at all about anything Lucas may or may not do....now that the re-edit alternative (read: Revisited) has been provided, I don't care if Lucas releases versions spliced with Howard the Duck footage. With his unwillingness to release the original versions, and with Ady's versions being exactly what any "special edition" SHOULD have been, Lucas and his ever growing library of revised editions are officially dead to me.
