Don't Tell Mom The Babysitter's Dead BD-25 [moviemike85] (Released)

Compared to the old master most cable stations used to broadcast, which was terrible, the 720p HDTV is stellar.  This movie was a great showcase for Applegate and I think it's an entertaining flick by any standard.  It's definitely a welcome addition to some great projects on the horizon.  Like Adventures in Babysitting, it always had that slight "John Hughes" quality about it... never a bad touch for a coming of age film.

Agreed.  I have already replaced the original audio with the DVD audio because it seemed that all HDTV presentations of this were off-key 3/4 of the way into the movie.  It was off by a half a second or so but is now completely synched.  I would like to create a Blu-ray to the highest quality standards so before I go about doing so I would like any and all help locating the 1080i file.  I know its out there, I have come across it a few times but the sites it was available on were no longer hosting the file.  Hoping someone out there already has the file or knows a current site that is still hosting it.  Any and all help in achieving this would be appreciated.  Definitely a film that deserves a Blu-ray release, albeit an "unofficial" one.

Does anyone have the 1080i file for "Don't Tell Mom The Babysitter's Dead"?  I'm working on a release of my own but only have the 720p file.  If anyone is interested in helping with this release, please let me know

Please start your own thread to ask for files, this is for our projects and discussion of our projects.

Thanks

I see a lot of collaborations for these fan projects and believe yours to be among the most popular so I was posting this here to see if you or anyone you know of or work on these projects with had anything to contribute to this project.  That's all.  Thanks for letting me know, though

I have created a new thread for this project, as well as another WIP project.  Cover Art for both has also been created.  Please take a look and if you or anyone else would like to contribute, that would be wonderful.

All these requests are good ones but you will need to follow it up by where these files can be found, the request for The In Crowd has no links and I cannot find this one so this is certainly a no go, we need to see the quality.

Ok, I am looking into the links for The In Crowd.  I'm going to pay for a premium membership to the directory of where the download link takes me to and see what I can find out.  I'll keep you posted.  I am also downloading the 1080i file for Pet Sematary Two as I am typing this to you now.  I already have the 1080p file for Stephen King's Sometimes They Come Back, if you are interested in giving that one a go.

Is it the r rated version floating around? if so where can it be found?

I also now have Demon Knight and Bordello of Blood so this will be a double-feature.

Are you referring to "The In Crowd"?

Yes.

I believe there was only 1 version of the movie released, which was rated PG-13.  I have the DVD and it is also rated PG-13.  The only source I could find for this was:

For those of you unfamiliar with this title, here is the trailer:

OK the links for this are up now so just waiting to hear back from those that got it coming and for the kind member that gave me this Premium account to download and verify all the rars.

Soon it will be yours!

Will you be posting the links directly on this forum?  I can only assume this will be in a torrent form?  Are all of your releases available for dl?  Very interested in your work.  You should start your own film company!  Thank You for giving us what the studios will not!!

Will the rest of us be able to purchase this somehow?

Sorry but no, I do not sell our work and never will, we accept donations at times but as I stated before this might not be very feasable at the price of the BD25's I use now, I will share links for the project in a week or so.

I guess what I meant to say was if there was any way for the rest of us to make a donation towards the project.  I don't mind getting something for free, but I would also like to pay tribute to those who have spent so much of their time doing something to benefit the rest of us

You should be payed for the work you've done.  Just wow.  Thanks a bunch for this!  How are we able to get our hands on the finished product?  Are you accepting donations?

I would really like to on this one because my art guy and myself came up with a real treat for those that do, and no it is not a slipcover this time lol but the blanks I use only come in 50 pack spindles.

I would be more than happy to.  Let me know the details and I will get right on that :D  Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!
