You’re excluding the obvious fact, a fact that non-racist Republicans don’t like, that when racists vote, they’re going to vote Republican 99% of the time. The Republican Party has had a covert appeal to racists for at least 25 years now, if not since 1964. I don’t buy that all these racists that wouldn’t have voted otherwise came out of the woodwork to support Trump.

Obviously, another reason Hillary lost was because more electoral votes went to Donald Trump. Another reason she lost is because Bernie Sanders ran against her in the primary. The main reason she lost is because she ran a terrible campaign and was an unlikeable candidate. The blame is on her. If you trip on your shoe laces because you forgot to tie them and happen to fall in a puddle of water, I see little reason to constantly remind everyone that the reason you’re wet is in part because you didn’t tie your laces and fell, and also because there was a puddle in front of you and there was nothing to grab on to and no one caught you before you fell etc. etc… Bad analogy, but it’s all I’ve got.

That’s why I don’t watch them.

That’s what I’m talkin’ 'bout. Especially when it’s done under the guise of the colors on the betamax copy being “theatrically accurate” when it probably isn’t even theatrically accurate to begin with.

They are more consistent than the 2.5 Despecialized colors were, at least on ANH. To me, that counts for something. That said I don’t watch the blurays of Star Wars for obvious reasons other than colors so it doesn’t matter. Like I said, my complaint was directed at people who act indignant about movies on blu ray that don’t have bad colors.

Watch Star Trek, that’s what I do.

Hillary’s image doesn’t need to be tarnished. Not counting Trump since he isn’t a politician, she was the most hated politician in the country in 2016. I don’t get why people that hate Trump don’t hate her too. She’s the reason he won. If the Democrats had run Bernie Sanders or Elizabeth Taylor then it would have been a sure Democrat victory.

EDIT: I actually meant to type Elizabeth Warren, but I’ll leave it as is since it made me laugh.

It has nothing to do with being lazy. The reason I brought this up is actually unrelated to Star Wars, which I can sympathize with since it’s colors actually are worse than most. I posted this because I stumbled on an old thread where a member was talking about how he had to watch things on laserdisc instead of the pristine HD bluray because the colors are supposedly better. (They aren’t, I know the movies being talked about well.)

The blu ray looks a bit worse in Harmy’s Sources Documentary than it actually does because it’s a compressed Youtube video. As for the change in color, I think it looks better at times but I’m by no means “impressed” and no I’m not horrified by the bluray, other than Luke’s green lightsaber on the DVD of ANH.

I think I’m getting to the point where I actually lose a tiny bit of respect for people the second I see them obsess about color correction in film.

I’d love to watch it with Timothy Dalton.

Yhx is right. I’m not the type to wear hats often, but I have a red baseball cap that I used to wear on bad hair days and I wouldn’t dare put it on in public now. It actually really pisses me off. I’d hate for someone from a distance to think I like Trump.

Some of his posts go beyond the normal stupid shit and involve weird, sickening comments related to children. In that one it’s sex slaves and he posted a really creepy comment a while back about the families in the audience for the Zootopia movie. He also wouldn’t shut up about the National Geographic cover that had a boy dressed in pink clothes on the cover. Since everything he says is incoherent it’s hard to tell wtf he’s actually talking about.

I own old copies of the Bernstain Bears and sure enough, it’s stain.

I had a strange Mandela Effect today. I swore that the James Bond 007 thread was started by a different forum member than Fan Filtration. Funnily enough, he brought up the Mandela Effect in that very thread a while back. Also funnily enough, I just read that the Mandela Effect was coined by people that thought Nelson Mandela died decades ago instead of a few years ago. I never thought that and never met a single person who had.

I’m really excited to watch the Living Daylights again today. Maybe I’ll watch Licence to Kill if I have time. I love the Dalton Bond films. I wish he’d have been able to make one or two more before Brosnan took over.

I’d recommend not watching it. It’s so boring.

I don’t like the way millennials overuse, and misuse, the word “random”, as it dilutes its effect. In this case, your TNG meme and your need to reference it comes across as completely and utterly random in the word’s most literal meaning.
