There was a youtube video that had the original edit of the droid factory scene (no threepio losing his head, original music etc.) but the guy lost his account, and now the video is lost, I'll try to figure out how its supposed to play out, and then I will post a video of it.

im referring to the temple raid in ROTS; its the same music that was meant for the arena scene.
people complain that yoda's theme and the corsucant night-chase was shoved into the droid factory sequence in AOTC, but this was even worse.

Some have speculated that that music was written for a version of the scene when Obi-wan sees the Trade Federation ships, and was repurposed for the Clone Troopers.

The march of the Jedi temple was NOT the trade federation theme.
DOTF was only used twice, in AOTC and ROTS, in ROTS it was the same recording of the orchestra, but a new recording of the choir part.

Listen to the complete scores, the OST's are edited into (not very good) suites, and the score as used in the film is edited to bits.

Every film out there has a ton of content that doesn't make the final cut, and based on the fact that two of the prequels were filmed digitally and they therefore can't use the excuse that it's degraded over time, then we're looking at probably hours of unused footage.
Also, I think you're forgetting that none of the deleted scenes from the PT DVDs (which are numerous) are on the Blu Ray set at all. So I'm probably right on the money.
If you were referring just to ESB, then we've got our wires crossed. I was meaning the deleted scenes in total - because if this was to be a feature in each revisited release, what's lacking in terms of deleted scenes with one film will affect consistency between the others. And I'm all for consistency ;-)
Wait, the lost 20 scene was included, but not the whole thing.....
