hey Guys,

The Isomix Version that was released, I considered it as a silent treatment. You choose the option of musical score and you select the subtitle and you have yourself a silent movie. So the silent treatmentof the Original Trilogy, in my book, has been issued. All well, to each is own.

I am guilty as charged, I bought the dvds, my only disapointment is I wished there was the mono mix, but then again, I am happy that we can buy the unaltered original trilogy, even though it is not 16:9.

Personnally, I was very disapointed that ROTS was not nominated for more technical awards, to some extent, I agree with some of you, that other movies such as King Kong or Narnia deserve it,

or another thing that bugs me , maybe some people may think I am crazy but I think Batman Begins deserves to be nominated for Best Adapted Screenplay, or even Sin City, or maybe they should invent a new category, Best Adapted Comic book lol.

Another disapointment, Batman Begins did not get a lot of nominations.

Ah well, I am able to live with it, I am able to move on, but I don't think I will watch the oscars this year, it will be the first time I won't be watching the oscars in 21 years.

As a matter of fact, I had that tape, but it did not show Star Wars much, it showing the best actors, best actresses and best movies, and there was not much of Star Wars in it , but thanks for suggesting, I appreciate it.

I am looking for the 50th annual Oscar (1977), I guess it might have aired in 1978, it was the oscar night that Star Wars won 6 oscars. If someone has copy, please pm me or send me an e-mail to masterdubber@yahoo.ca.

One year ago the EditDroid team expressed their wish that their work not be made public.
Then Blaksvn torrented it, and later segaflip posted it.
And I'm glad they did!

ocpmovie resquested to the posters to not post it for the time being, so if you want the copy badly, you have to get in touch with ocpmovie, there is mention of it in the thread alt.binaries.starwars. According to MoveAlong Return of the Jedi Classic Edition may be posted in a couple of months

For some reason, I never got into the movie Serenity. I am sorry to say that the movie bored the hell out of me. It is confusing, everybody else around me loves it. << Ducking every bricks trhown at me>> Possibly because I never watched the tv show, I don't know, maybe one day , I learn to appreciate the movie, or maybe there was too much hype by the Firefly fans, who knows...

The First time, I saw those shorts was 7 years ago, prior to see episode 1. There were cool. I guess I will have to rewatch it again. I remember the soundtrack that Mather used was awesome.

Me too, I wished they used wookies instead of ewoks, it was Lucas's first intentions, I guess it was money issues. He could not afford it. I can respect that not necessarily approved lol.
